Kimberly B.I have mixed reviews on this company. We had a kitchen counter top installed by cutting edge that we ordered from Home Depot. This is the plumbing service that cutting edge hired to install our new sink. When the plumber originally came out to assess the job he realized that our old plumbing would not support the new sink so he made it so we could use the sink that & he unhooked our dishwasher until he could come back & finish the job. We had to leave the job until after our preplanned vacation. When we got home we found the dishwasher had leaked the whole time we were away. When I called the plumber they made it a priority to get out the following day and finish our plumbing job. When they were finished re-plumbing our kitchen that day they said that everything would work fine. Right after they left we filled up the new sink and it immediately started leaking. We had to reseat all of the brand new plumbing work that they had just installed to stop the leaking. I think this plumbing service needs to take extra steps when they are finished with jobs to make sure that nothing leaks before they leave the customer's house. The positives about this company is that they rearrange their schedule to fit you in sooner when you have an issue.
Honest and reliable. Listened patiently to our concerns and after complete inspection gave a direct, professional and logical plan to correct.
I would call them again and again!
This is the only company that does not warranty their services. We closed on our house on Jan 25, the seller used them on Jan 14 to fix the HVAC/heating and to seal a leaking toilet, as recommended by Erie Inspection. We moved in on Jan 28, and the heater is not blowing hot air. We called them and explained that the seller had them come out for the same exact problem, but insists that we had to pay $75 service fee and another $89 diagnostic fee. Dave, the technician, told us that it was the thermostat that needs replacement and that it will cost $485. Can you imagine the nerve of these people? Not only did they charged us for inspecting the very same thing that the seller hired them to do, but to over charge us for a thermostat that is worth $75 is unimaginable. Do Not Use This Kind of People!
second time I used P-Burg Plumbing. Totally satisfied both times. Prompt, polite and competent. Would highly recommend!
Horrible (again)...OVERPRICED! I asked for an inspection to see where a water leak was coming from. Was told it would be around $200. 3 days later work was done that I didn't ask for to the tune of $700. Will not recommend.
The only positive is that they were able to come out same day. The overwhelming negative was the price. They were able to unclog my drain in about 20 minutes but they charged me $317 for the work. Please take an extra few minutes and call another plumber that will charge half the amount. $317 is way overpriced for the service performed.
Trevor V.I first used Perrysburg Plumbing 17 years ago to service a water heater in our newly purchased house. They have earned my business again and again over the years since. I appreciate that they have a service tech on call all the time. I now use their monthly service plan that gets me spring and winter annual service for heating and cooling. I have used their plumbing services to install bathroom faucets and toilets, and they have always gotten the service right the first time. The service reps have been consistent year in and year out. I see the same guys come to my house and they know my system. They don't push to sell a new furnace or AC unit, but will give you options and an honest opinion of how long my current units will last. I purchased a new Bryant furnace and have been very happy with it. I recommend Perrysburg Plumbing to family and friends and will continue to do so.
Lance P.Horrible. Julie, the person who answers the phone was rude from the moment she answered the phone. When I asked to speak to someone in charge she told me the owner is rarely at the business. His lack.of involvement must be the reason for the poor performance of his employees. I had used this business twice before several years ago and was happy. What a shame that this business has gone down hill.
Jennifer M.I have used this company twice, and both times the services were way overpriced. Today they installed a garbage disposal. The unit's retail price at Home Depot is $213. Installed price by this company was $705. This was a 20 minute job. Clearly a case of blatant price gouging. I will not use this company again nor do I recommend their use by anyone.
Great business! they came out to snake out our drains and I couldn't be happier with the results. The plumber who came out was very nice as well!
