This extremely rude individual came over and tried to slap me with a $175 bill for writing down what he can't do. All he kept saying was: I won't be responsible"", over and over again. Thank God he's not a doctor. How does someone like this stay in business? Don't believe Google reviews-they have to be fixed. It's obvious he cares more about his BS, positive reviews than his trade. Check out his business address-it's a post office box. 339 Hicksville Rd Ste 365 Bethpage, NY 11714-Google it. It's the post office in Hicksville. The ""Suite 365"" is a post office box. The man is full of it.

Perry came promptly when he said I would. He was able to diagnose the source of the leak and fixed it quickly. What I appreciated the most was his communication throughout. He took time to explain everything and what he was gonna do to fix. Would definitely recommend.

DO NOT USE THIS GUY! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!
Very very rude. I tried to explain the situation of my problem but apparently he was not understanding anything. God forbid I suggested a simple snake and he exploded on how difficult of a job it is and how complex it will be. Couldn't give me any type of estimate without coming to see the exact problem, but it was going to be a lot of money. He has no respect for customers with his terrible attitude. I would love to see how he responds to another terrible review (Maybe with the same response he said to me before he hung up the phone ""Kiss my a$$).

I have to say I am grateful for Perry. Had a pretty moderate leak in my basement and called 4 plumbers. On the recommendation of my parents who've used him several times, gave Perry a call. He was the only one willing to come and fix it that day. Called at 1:00 and he was at house by 3:30 guaranteeing he'd fix it. Since I know nothing about plumbing, he showed me all about my plumbing system, diagnosed and fixed the problem for a very reasonable price (especially considering I assumed I had a much more serious problem).

Very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend his services.

I called Perrys Plumbing on two occasions in the past week. First on January 11th, I came home to a minor flood in my basement. I called Perry in the late morning and he was at my house in the early afternoon. He found a clog in the dishwasher sewer line. He repaired that clog and three valves that were leaking. I was very happy with the service he provided. On the second occasion on January 16th, I had a leak in the pipe from the kitchen sink to the sewer line. I called Perry in the morning and again he was at my house in the early afternoon. He had to change the pipe from the the sink to the sewer line. On both occasions he was courteous and professional. He explained what was wrong and how he was going to repair the lines. Today is January 19th, I have no leaks and dishwasher and sink are draining better then ever. I wanted to take the time to write this review. I give Perrys Plumbing Five Stars. Thanks Perry.
