i have used this company twice now for two different projects and i can't say enough good things about them....

both plumbers were really nice and knowledgeable. both did a great job. the billing is easy. scheduling is easy. the office always answers the phone! and the prices seem reasonable.

i highly recommend this company!!

From the office staff to José - the plumber, everyone was very helpful and efficient. I had a constant leak in the recirculating pump. Jose explained the problem and offered 2 solutions for me to consider. He was quick and neat. Thanks for the prompt service.

I used Perry Plumbing for an emergency request. I had a blocked drain that was overflowing. The company took my call at 10pm and talked me through the issue. Margie was incredibly pleasant and helpful despite the late hour. She talked me through the problem and we were able to find a solution that stopped the leak/flood for the night. The next morning she called first thing and scheduled Juan to come fix the problem. Juan arrived and was professional, polite and diligent. He was an experienced, confident plumbing technician who was not only able to solve the immediate problem, but also diagnose the bigger picture problem of pipes needing to be replaced as well as suggestions for the garbage disposal when that comes up for replacement.

Overall the level of service I got was amazing and I would definitely recommend these guys

I called Perry Plumbing because of a broken water pipe 25 days ago. They are very slow and have no sense of urgency. Their charges are outrageously expensive. They had be over a barrel with a broken water pipe underground that was pouring out water. We were without water for 3 weeks off and on.They do not take responsibility for doing the job wrong. The collection manager was very aggressive and I felt harassed for payment before the job was even completed. I would never recommend them.

A few weeks ago I woke up to a bulge in my ceiling in the dining room. A few panicked phone calls later to some plumber friends, we were recommended to Perry Plumbing. I could not be happier! Sergio showed up the same day and diagnosed a leaky tub drain right away. It was pretty late in the afternoon so we scheduled the service for two days later. Sergio came with his coworker Chris and they had the job done in 90 minutes. They did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves and were very pleasant to have inside while I was working from home. The pricing was very transparent and I was able to pay by credit card (yay airline miles!) which was convenient. I hope I don't have to call them again for a long while, but if another plumbing emergency comes up, I know who I'll be calling first!

5-STAR, White-glove customer service! I had a 4-foot piece of broken clay piping (located under the city street) which I was obligated as the homeowner to pay out of pocket for in the city of San Marcos. I had a company come out to perform the work that needed to be done before I called Perry Plumbing and after performing a sewer scope, they told me, ""I am sorry, but we cannot fix this problem."" I called Perry Plumbing and they sent Justin out the same day within 3 hours to assess the situation; mind you, they generally don't service the San Marcos area. He assessed the situation and sent me multiple options the same day on how to fix the problem. The work orders laid out the work to be done in very specific detail. Once I decided to pull the trigger, Perry Plumbing sent somebody out the very next day to start digging through my driveway. The following day, Justin and Nathan showed up first thing in the morning and removed 2 large rocks and a large piece of broken clay from the pipe! Seeing photos and video from their camera of the blockage, it seemed that it would be nearly impossible to remove everything. After removal, they lined the pipe where the break was located and the pipe is fixed better than before. These two went above and beyond to service my home. Justin made himself available 24/7 by quickly responding to my messages and phone calls. I would recommend Perry Plumbing, Justin, and Nathan to anybody who is having a plumbing issue and wants the BEST service out there.

We needed repiping. Rena gave us a free estimate and a fair price so we immediately accepted his offer. He showed up on time. Worked very hard. No lunch break even to make sure we can have running water as soon as possible. He finished his work on time. Left the place very clean and organized. He was just a great, honest, and very friendly technician. I hope his supervisor values him as a great representative of this company.

Nathan was the rep that showed up, right on time, very professional, explained me everything, I know nothing about pumps or septic.. the company we had before him, has over 2000 reviews on yelp, 4.5 starts and he barely looked at the problem said it will cost to replace the pump $3500 or more. He didn't explain why just said he knows better then us.
Nathan on the other hand, gave me all the options, said it could be just clogged and to repair (few hours of work) will be $430, only if the pump needs to be replaced it will cost more (still not even close to $3500). I highly recommend him, he was honest from the beginning, did a great job, explained and showed me in details the problem, gave me all the options in case I will need to replace it, told me which pump I should use and shouldn't based on the amp in my house.. I know for sure we will use them again.

Called them to look at a leaking toilet, was told 30 min for the guy to be here, 1hr and 40 minutes later I call them back to cancel since I have not heard from the plumber or office. They say no prob and hang up without even asking my name or address.
