Great company, great service, great people. We used (and are using currently) Perry Plumbing to install a new tankless water heater, regulator, kitchen clean out, perform hydrojetting, and an almost complete pipe relining of our first floor. With a slab foundation and 50 year old cast iron pipes, we were having a multitude of issues. Alex, their estimator, was courteous and prompt with his initial and follow-up visits, very knowledgeable about our concerns. Ryan installed the water heater - excellent and thorough job. The team that did the clean out install and hydrojetting was equally pleasant and professional, and the pipe relining team (Rueben, Daniel, and Danny) have all been exceptional. It's great to work with pros like these - especially on projects of longer length and larger scope. Also, they were good with our dogs as well, which is a plus, and they clean up their mess afterwards -not something I can say about other plumbers we've used over the years! Thank you Perry Plumbing - it's so great to have a kitchen sink that drains properly once again.

We appreciated how quickly Luis and Christina were able to come over and replace our washing valves in a day's notice! They were helpful in explaining what worked best for our situation and gave us an option that would make it easier to replace ourselves if needed in the future. Cost was reasonable when you take into account the tools and skills needed to perform the task. We're looking forward to calling them again for our future plumbing issues!

We scheduled a service call, over a week in advance, to replace several angle stops in a condo unit. This sort of service is tricky to schedule because it requires a water shut off for the entire building (which is only possible and certain days, with lots of advance notice). The HOA and I got the water shutoff started and then I realized the plumbers hadn't arrived yet.

I had to call them, wait on hold for 10 minutes, to find out that even though my appointment was ""on the board"", they actually didn't have anyone available for service today (not at the 9am time we had scheduled, and not any time later in the day), and that they'd have to look for some time next week to see about actually honoring the appointment we had made.

So, after inconveniencing all of my neighbors, it took me to call them to find out they were going to stand us up. I find it incredibly disrespectful that they didn't have the common courtesy to actually notify me that they weren't going to provide us service.

This is a company that I will never do business with again, and I strongly recommend anyone else looking for a plumber to look somewhere else.

Didn't charge a penny!
I live in a downtown mid-rise, called Perry Plumbing at the recommendation of the building engineer. Bit of a backup problem in the sink (caused by me dropping a sink-deodorant tablet into the disposal), plus a little water collecting underneath it.
Their service rep Zachary took a look, pointed out the source/reason for the little leak, said it didn't really look like it needed a snaking (but said he'd give me a quote), advised against using tablets -- knowledgable, to the point, very professional.
So I took his recommendation, chose not to have the sink snaked, asked him what the charge was for the visit, and his advice on how to remedy the little leak myself.
No charge! Didn't know that even existed anymore. Perry Plumbing didn't do any wrenching, but I could tell they were pros by what they didn't do. Much appreciated.

I am incredibly impressed with the level of professionalism that Perry Plumbing & Pipelining has to offer! The crew who has been working on the plumbing at my complex have been working extremely hard. My neighbors and I are highly impressed on how respectful and informative this team presented themself's and this company. This crew cleaned up after themselves better than expected.
Also, I had the pleasure to meet Daniel first and have seen the other guys around my community. The lead on this crew Ruben has his guy's working to perfection as a group. Dan p , Junior and Albert R. Excellent team work, you guys are the best!

I have used Perry Plumbing for all my plumbing needs since we moved in. Being in a 100 year old house, we had to make some updates which Brandon (project manager) assisted with. Super helpful and honest on whats needed to be done and was able to give a competitive price point.

We had Brandon and Oscar help with cast iron leaks in numerous places under the house (tub connection, sink connection, toilet connection). It was done and cleaned up within a day. Also, added a couple fittings that were not in the original scope that would make future repairs easier

Also had to get the cast iron sewer pipe lined which Rafa and Alihandro worked on. It took a couple days due to the length of the line and having to go under numerous neighbors properties (all of which the team assisted in communications to the neighbors).

We had a leak in our master bathroom of our condo that started at midnight. I called for a plumber and was told it's a $350 service because it's after hours. The dispatcher proceeded to tell me that if it can wait until morning that it would be a free estimate. So we decided to wait because the leak may be coming from one of the upstairs neighbors and their condo might need to be accessed. When the plumbers arrived they immediately said it would be $475 fee just to give the estimate. I made the plumbers aware that the dispatcher said the estimate was free. They said they might be able to lower the price but they needed to call their supervisor. I immediately called Perry's Plumbing and spoke with the same dispatcher to verify if it was supposed to be free. She said yes. Then I explained the situation and she transferred me to the supervisor. He had already spoke to the plumbers and told me that because the plumbers did not know where the leak was coming from that they would charge a $475 investigation fee. The supervisor also was trying to belittle me by asking me, ""do you know where the leak is coming from"" if you do then it would be different. We have had the same type of leak in the same spot previously and were not charged this surprise ""investigational fee"". I'm never calling Perry Plumbing again with thier surprise fees (taking advantage of our emergency) and rude supervisors. The plumber that is currently here is only charging a $95 service fee not $475. Btw, I would give zero stars if allowed.

During our buyer's home inspection the inspector found an issue in one of our sewer lines. They suggested Perry Plumbing when our plumber wasn't available. They came out right away and gave us estimates along with options on how to fix it without disturbing the existing landscape. We scheduled the appointment and everything went well. Brandon, Daniel and Junior were great! Very friendly, conscientious and hardworking.
