We have used Perry's Plumbing for over 20 years. Well, our hot water heater was over 15 years old and showed signs of stress and needed replacement before a total fail situation. Isaiah came out, assessed the situation, provided us an estimate and then replaced the unit along with the inevitable code upgrades. The unit is commercial grade so you can't get one at the Big Box stores. This ended up being a more pleasant experience that we expected. Everything was completed in one day by a true personable professional. Thank you again Isaiah!

I needed a leak fixed after another plumbing company identified it, but refused to cut out a piece of drywall to access and fix it. Perry Plumbing saved me! Quick response time, efficient repair, and identified and fixed a few other plumbing related issues, as preventative measures. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Efrain and Joseph did a fantastic job today at my property. They added a 2 way clean out for sewer access. They called when in route, arrived on time, and were very professional. The job required a lot of digging and they started right away to ensure they were done before the end of the day. And most importantly, the job site was perfectly cleaned up after the install. Very pleased and highly recommend Perry Plumbing.

Very expensive!! They came for a less than 2 hours job and charged more than $800.
I don't think that job should have costed more than $400 including materials and labor!

We had an incredibly difficult situation with a neighbors sewage spilling onto our property and discovering their sewer mainline ran the entire length of our backyard and terminated at the street. Three other plumbing companies had stopped by to see if they could assist us and were unable to do so as the pipeline had a break directly next to our pool.

Brandon Wheeler from Perry came out on recommendation of Fuller Plumbing, and we were lucky he did. He immediately was able to tell us that the neighbors ""plumber"" had been about to use a pipe-bursting method that would have most definitely damaged our pool in addition to other peoples sewer lines running directly next to them. He pinpointed exactly what needed to be done, and we were able to take that information to our lawyer and the homeowners to give them a deeper picture into what needed to be done to fix the pipe without further damage to our property.

Of course, the eccentric neighbor had other plans, and it took over 4 months of legal and financial threats to push her in the right direction. When all the cards aligned, Perry swooped in and did a very difficult lining of the pipe in under a week, well before their proposed finish date.

The value for this work is inestimable, as it gave us back our backyard after almost 5 months of dealing with an unruly neighbors crap....literally. Both Brandon and the on-phone customer support are second to none. They come highly recommended. Thank you Perry, you guys rock!

We had Perry's Plumbing come out to our 72-year-old home to give us an estimate on relining our cast iron sewer pipes. We had a couple of breaks and the buildup over the years was insane. The estimator, Brandon, showed on time and was very professional and courteous. Brandon video scoped our lines and explained the process they were going to use. He assured me, Simon, who he will be sending is one of their best leads. After a few days, we received the estimate. I'm not going to lie, it was a sticker shock. We accepted the proposal and the job was scheduled. Perry's Plumbing had to reschedule the job due to another job that ran over. We understand things out of our control do happen.

The crew showed up on the new date on time. Simon, the lead person, introduced himself and his crew, Shawn, Albert, and Elias. They were all very courteous. We cannot say enough good things about Simon and his crew. They worked long hours and made certain we always had part of our house to use after hours and over the weekend. Simon knew his job extremely well and was very skilled. He took his time cleaning the fragile drains and relining them. He managed his team very well. They all took pride in the job, treating our house like their own. Shawn, Albert, and Elias were very professional and they too had a good understanding of our job. They all worked well together.

When the job was completed and we saw how involved the process was and we saw the end results of our lined sewer pipes, the sticker shock of the estimate was easier to swallow.

Brandon and I had a miss understanding when it came to the payment at the end of the job. When we received the estimate, I asked Brandon if there was discount if paying in cash, (check). He said between 2 to 3 percent. Guessing a credit card fee? This was not written in the contract, however, after discussing this with Brandon and his superior, Brandon honored his verbal promise. It was very much appreciative and great customer service!

With all said and done, we would definitely recommend Perry's Plumbing for a relining of sewer pipes and we would highly recommend having Simon and his crew perform your relining of your project.

Highly disappointed since they have good reviews.

Tips: Do your diligence on pricing and make sure the tech is making an effort to fix the problem and not upsell you.

The PM group I use reached out to Perry's for some work that a tenant reached out about.

The technician Zachary T. went out and observed a few things:
- garbage disposal in the kitchen
- bathroom sink
- bathtub

He wasn't able to fix the kitchen immediately but completed the work in the bathroom.

He came back and stated that the garbage disposal needed to be replaced and gave an estimate of over $900....

I had just replaced the disposal last year and knew that price seemed off. I contacted another plumber who quoted $350. Unfortunately he wasn't available until the next week so we decided to go fix it ourselves just so the tenant didn't have to wait longer than necessary.

We were able to wiggle the disposal and remove the piece of ceramic that was causing the issue WITHOUT REPLACING IT. Additionally, the tenants let us know that Zachary really didn't make an effort to fix the disposal.

I reached out to Perry's and was able to speak with the owner who stated he was going to speak with Zachary and also check the pricing since the cost of the garbage disposal was 3x the industry standard. He mentioned it could have been an issue with the new book they used to update pricing.
