Ben Franklin has got to be the most expensive plumber around. They charged me 850.00 to install 2 new comfort height toilets. They advertise in gated communities a discount ????? Really ?? If I had called a surgeon to implant these 2 toilets, it would have been cheaper. Then they had the nerve to send me a Christmas card ? I should have sent them a stocking full of coal. I had a leak somewhere around the toilet tank. They sent out a kid, who could not have older than 17, told me they would keep an eye on it. An EYE ? I wanted them to fix it. I will never call them again EVER !!

Ask for 'R' when you need work done. He shows up on time, completes his work properly, and is very polite. He is professional and always cleans up after himself. He will do whatever you need him to. As for Perry..well he's an awesome boss

Our kitchen sink was leaking around the base of the faucet and underneath into the storage area. We kept putting bath towels in both places to absorb the water. Also the bathroom shower spout was pulled away from the tub about 1/4 inch. Called Perry Plumbing and they came out within a half hour on the same day. Perry examined the problems and gave us quotes on the spot allowing us choices to fit our budget before any work began. They replaced the entire faucet assembly on the kitchen sink and replaced a clamp holding the entire pipe assembly for the shower and tub. He cleaned the drains and made sure everything was working properly. Perry Plumbing's quote was exact and no work that was not per-authorized by us was done. Perry has over 35 years of experience so his labor is not cheap but he is very professional, honest and most importantly his work was done correctly the first time. You might find a plumber whose labor is cheaper but not the experience he brings to repair all of your plumbing issues properly. Carol & Steve D. Cape Coral, Fl.

Had a big clog in a manufactured home. Husband called to come the next day. They were prompt, fare, friendly and informative. Now we are back in business. The clog went way back deep under the house. With their camera and equipment the repairs are done and we are happy and back to normal. Thanks Perry.

Save your $79 house call...this plumber was rude and couldn't fix the problem of water from tank leaking into toilet. He said he had to order all new Briggs parts for inside the toilet. When I followed up and called his office, no parts were ordered. I finally changed the flapper myself and solved the problem. I easily found Briggs parts available on the internet and ordered a new handle and plan to have a friend change that out. I would not recommend anyone use this company!

Requested Perry The Owner to look at a rental property for my investor. The pump in the well tank was broken and or the 220 power was out Perry said. But also said that the tank calls for a 110 pump. He contacted his electrician to look at it. The Electrician called me on his way out there. I told him if it is something simple fix it like a ground or a fuse. Otherwise Perry said he could put a 110 pump in. THERE WAS A GOOD LINE! Never heard from them for 4 days until I received a bill from the electrician for a new 220 line, new 110 line, GFI and a new box $481.00. Then Perry billed me $1071.00 to install a $225.00 220 pump and a $75.00 switch. Renter told me he was there no longer then 35 minutes. Called 3 other places with the problem and got quotes for $600.00 to $750.00 and they also could not understand why a 220 pump was re-installed. Perry's invoice Showed nothing but the cost of his service. when requested for an Itemized bill , Parts, work done and hours on the job, I WAS TOLD THEY DO NOT DO THAT!. Requested pump information for warrantee purposes and to know what I was paying for. WAS TOLD THEY WILL FURNISH THAT INFORMATION ONCE WE PAID THE BILL. What is that extortion? When I asked Perry about the bill he proclaimed , What do I care about the price ,It's NOT YOUR MONEY! I proclaimed it may not be my money but it is my name for I referred you to them and you are racking them over the coals. The investor Paid the bill because it was not worth the hassle dealing with contractors like Perry. Prior to this we made a website for Perry. Posted and Approved and paid for. Perry called the Credit Card company and revoked the charges. Stealing $726.00 from me too! Contacted Ben Franklin Corporate office to see if it is true that they do not issue Itemized bills, They told me THEY DO NOT , They bill on a Tear Level. So I can only assume If you have a Escalade in the driveway their rates are different if you have a Kia? HE got me once but will never again!
