My house received new duct work by Perry but subsequently I had two other companies and two other contractors review the work. They couldn't tell that new work was performed and based on the pics they gave me as well as leaves and insulation just obviously sitting on the floor and in the vents and ducts that Perry didn't clean the ducts after installation which I'm told is normal practice. I called the Perry company and never received a returned call. I cannot recommend this company.

I've been using Perry Heating and Cooling for years. To service an older AC unit or buy a new one. They are punctual, reasonably priced and give excellent service. Jordan came out today and gave me my options and made may AC unit work like new again. Quality Service at a great value. Very Happy!

Jordan delivered on quality, service and his word. This was a long process as I vetted many companies to replace my aging heating and air conditioning system. I never felt like I was being sold a product like with other companies, and he delivered when he said he would!

I have used Perry's twice, both times they gave great advice and provided the products appropriate for me. The installers are professional and courteous. They show up on time which is rare these days but important to me.

Perry refuses to honor a warranty on a mini split system. Took dozens of calls over several months to even get someone to come look at it. Took many more months to get them to order the part and come back to install it. The wrong part arrived, didn't fit, and the tech broke the plastic hinge on the cover during the attempt to install it (and tried to hide the damage by securing the cover with tape). They say the correct part is difficult to find, so their solution was to attempt to sell me a new head. At a price higher than the competition quoted me. It's been over a year, and I've completely given up. If their best solution is to sell me something new at an inflated price, I'll buy elsewhere.

For the second time in a month Perry came to the rescue. We used one of your competitors a month ago to replace the water heater motor, things haven't worked well since. Turns out the motor and one other part were installed backward. YIKES! Perry Heating technicians diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it. They also installed a new kitchen faucet and that works beautifully as well thanks Perry.

As you might figure my AC unit went out on me on a Sunday and a very hot day.. I called several companies that advertised a 24/7 service. The companies that did respond back to my phone call, all said they were booked until Monday!
One company that answered my call was Perry Heating and Cooling. I was advised that they had a service man out in the field and provided me with a time (2 hour window). It just happened that Perry installed my unit approximately 15 years ago.
Technician R. Davis called and notified me he was 20 min out until arrival to my residence. He arrived, asked a few questions and began to figure out my problem. A short while he advised me of my problem and provided me with several options. He repaired the unit and made sure everything was working properly. During the entire process he kept informed on his progress.
I'd like to commend Tech Davis on his professionalism and courtesy. He was very friendly, thorough, and a pleasure to speak with.

I am not happy with this service at all. I asked for my HVAC to be repaired, told him what I wanted, and he did something different. He left before I could examine his work, which was up on my roof. I asked for this problem to be resolved, have the HVAC set up the way it was originally set up by your company when the HVAC was installed, and have received unsatisfactory service. Your service man was rude and said he was not going to fix it for us. As loyal customers who invested a great deal into our HVAC and support you as a local business, I am very unhappy and if this is not resolved, we will not be using your service again.

This is the worst contractor I have ever dealt with in my life. Repair was not done as instructed. Upped the charges to double what they should have been. On the return trip the service person was arrogant and argumentative and would not guarantee any changes. The manager would not return calls to correct the problem.
Company was sold last year and the new owners do not care or provide customer service. Spoke to former owner (you can't reach current owners). Promised to intervene and nothing happened. I am left saving to repair the damage. $100 job is now a $500 job because of them. I have spent almost $10,000 with this company and this is how I was treated. SAVE YOUR MONEY, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I'm putting this review on behalf of my sister Nina Pelayo. Her a/c broke down Saturday night, 7/16/23. With temperatures soaring in Tucson and caring for our 96 year old dad(WWII vet), she had to act fast. Next day she called Perry A/C, the girl in the office was so nice and attentive, they were very busy, but their Technician, Jordan Mills would be there towards the early evening. Jordan called saying he was running behind, and it was possible he couldn't see her till the next day. Nina told him about our dad, and he was really feeling the heat. Without hesitation Jordan was there , repairing, within an hour the A/C was running. Jordan took into account my dad, and his frail health. Jordan is a kind, professional man. He was very caring and courteous. His customer service is impeccable. He represented Perry A/C, with integrity. because of Jordan, any A/C problems I will keep Perry on my phone list! FYI, ask for Jordan Mills for your Technician, he won't disappoint!
