Founded by Loran Perry in 1963 as an electrical contracting firm, this business has evolved over the years. During the 1970s, we broadened our offerings to incorporate heating and cooling. Keven and Deb Perry took ownership in 2005.

We have steadily grown and expanded, looking forward to another 50 years as the trusted choice for wiring and heating and cooling services. I graduated from Brookings High School in the 70s, went to SDSU, and spent many years as an electrician, heating and cooling technician, and installer.

I also worked for Lennox Industries as a Parts and Supplies Manager.
