Founded by Loran Perry in 1963 as an electrical contracting firm, this business has evolved over the years. In the 1970s, we expanded our services to include heating and cooling. In 2005, Keven and Deb Perry acquired the business.

We have experienced steady growth and look ahead to another 50 years as the preferred provider for wiring and heating and cooling installations. Graduating from Brookings High School in the 70s, I attended SDSU and worked as an electrician, heating and cooling technician, and installer for many years.
