Founded by Loran Perry in 1963 as an electrical contracting firm, this business has evolved over the years. In the 70s, we added heating and cooling services to our portfolio. In 2005, Keven and Deb Perry acquired the business.

We have steadily grown and expanded, looking forward to another 50 years as the trusted choice for wiring and heating and cooling services. After graduating from Brookings High School in the 70s, I attended SDSU and worked extensively as an electrician, heating and cooling technician, and installer.

Additionally, I served as a Parts and Supplies Manager at Lennox Industries.
