Founded by Loran Perry in 1963 as an electrical contracting firm, this business has evolved over the years. During the 1970s, we broadened our offerings to incorporate heating and cooling. Keven and Deb Perry took ownership in 2005.

We have experienced steady growth and look ahead to another 50 years as the preferred provider for wiring and heating and cooling installations. After graduating from Brookings High School in the 70s, I attended SDSU and worked extensively as an electrician, heating and cooling technician, and installer.

I also worked for Lennox Industries as a Parts and Supplies Manager.
