I have used Perry Brown Plumbing & Heating for over a decade now & they have always been very responsive, polite & professional. They were referred to me by someone from my Church. When I first began using their services Perry was always the one that came out personally to assess & complete the work. There is no one else in this world like Perry. I trusted him completely. He has even been in my home with my teenagers while I was at work. He has always been honest, frank & explained things in such detail that you understood without him making you feel like a dummy. When Perry retired & his Sons took over I was a little reluctant as I was so used to & looked forward to seeing Perry. Initially Perry came with his Sons in the beginning & I'm not sure if that was intentional or not but that helped my comfort level a great deal. I have had both of Perry's Sons here several times now & they work with the exact same urgency & integrity that undoubtedly their Father had taught them. I would highly recommend this company to perform work @ any level. They are local & are very considerate while working in your home, offer to remove shoes, clean up any trash they have & always, ALWAYS ask if there are any other questions & never leave without asking you to give them a call if any issues arise or if anything else is needed. I'm sure Perry takes great pride in the fact that he has left his business in such capable hands & that the company is still as respected for being one of the most top Plumbing/Heating companies around. I know when they come the job will be done right & I can take comfort in knowing that I won't have any issues with what they have repaired or replaced for years to come. Take my word for it ~ don't try to go with the cheapest plumber or a friend of a friend. Get the job done right & call Brown!

This is the second time that I have used the services of, Perry Brown Plumbing. The first time was last year for a new sump pump and backup pump. Yesterday they installed a new hot water heater.

Have had a few small jobs done by Perry Brown plumbing over the years with very satisfactory results and at a fair price. Recently I wanted to do what I could to ensure that my basement would not flood as a result of power or pump failure. Perry helped me with the decision to add a second pit. The date and time was set. Perry's team came to the house on schedule and completed the job within the estimated time. The work was done without any mess. You would never know that I had a new pit put in. They took everything away with no trace of the dirt or cement. The two pumps are working together now. Perry's team re-plumbed the pipes and put in new quiet values. I also needed to have a few other things done and Perry came out to fix a broken outdoor valve and add valves to turn off the water to each of the outdoor water spouts. I was very happy with the work that Perry and his plumbers did and would highly recommend that you contact him to do your next plumbing job! His prices are reasonable and the work is superb.
