We are so happy and relieved we found this plumbing company. We had 4 slabs leaks over the 3 years of living in our home. We knew we had to repipe. We got several quotes and went with Permanent Solutions for several reasons. 1. Alex took the time to listen to our needs and go over details with us as well as helped us plan the best options for filtration system. 2. They have the most reasonable pricing and offer maintenance membership that was also so reasonable. 3. Alex and crew very trustworthy and always on time. 3. We had to go out of town and Alex and crew worked on our home while we were gone and everyday Alex would send video and or just kept us updated on what was happening. 4. We came home to working plumbing, a filtration system that works wonderfully, and he had referred a person to dry wall and that was so helpful. Basically Alex has taken care of us at every phase of this process. We Highly recommend them.

The interactions continue to be less than stellar unfortunately.

We initially contacted this plumbing company to replace a shower cartridge and secure a loose pipe in the bathroom. Based on some trash outside in the yard, the tech concluded that we need the entire property's copper pipe replaced and sent us a quote for many thousands of dollars. The copper pipes in this property was replaced only a few years ago based on records provided to me. The owner contact us to remove the initially negative review saying it was miscommunication.

Ok, so I deleted the original review and gave him a second chance to quote the right price. I ask again about the loose pipe, and he responded with he needs to send a tech out AGAIN to go under the house to do a full inspection. And we would need to charge you several hundreds of dollars to do that. I asked why? And then there was no response.

First issue, the tech already come out once before and saw and heard the loose pipe. Why do they need to come out again?
2nd issue, why do they need to go under the house to find a loose pipe. Even our non plumber handyman knew exactly where the loose pipe was based on the sound it was making. And without him telling me I went over to do the inspection and figured out the location of the loose pipe independently. The fact that this trained tech did not know where the loose pipe is located and need to do a ""extensive inspection"" is completely baffling.

Either A. The business is just trying to get paid to do a useless inspection. B. The first tech was completely incompetent. Neither boosts confidence in the company or their abilities.

WE LOVE THIS PLUMBING COMPANY! If you want prompt, high quality work, reasonably priced and performed by delightful professionals I highly recommend this company. And, they have a financing option available. After waking up to soaking wet carpeting we reached out for help via social media and Alex contacted us within minutes. He showed up shortly thereafter and after a thorough inspection he was able to identify the problem and he and his crew began work that same day. The work we needed was fairly extensive and Alex gave us a few options which we found to be very helpful. We ended up doing a complete rerouting of our pipes as well as installation of a water filter and tankless water heater which was finished within three days. We could not be happier with everything that was done. And one week later Alex came back just to make sure everything was working properly. So grateful to have found Alex and his plumbing company!

Was doing some yard work and heard water spraying underneath the house crawl space. Called Alex to check it out and he made time to come down the same day. Sure enough there was a pinhole leak spraying water out of a copper pipe. He patched it up and also did a whole house inspection and he noticed other areas that needed attention soon. We wanted to replace all of our copper pipes with the new PEX tubing eventually so we thought it was a good time to just get it all done. We went ahead and had Alex and his team replace all of pipes in the crawlspace. Alex and his team was very friendly and knowledgeable. We also had other services we needed done so he made time for us to service our tankless water heater which he also installed for us a few years back the next day as well as installed a new toilet and replace a cracked cast iron sewage pipe from our guest bathroom and needed to eventually be replaced. All this was done with exceptional timing. Permanent Solutions will be my go to for my plumbing needs. Thanks again Alex!
