Very poor customer service. Left an e-mail request for an evaluation 10 days ago with no reply, so called today and was told it would be 5 weeks before they could schedule a call! So I called their #1 competitor (you know who) and they will be here tomorrow afternoon. 'Nuff said.

The product is good but the customer service is frustratingly bad. They provide a service window but that doesn't mean someone will actually show up at all or within that service window. The excuse is always a scheduling mix up in the office. This happened to us three times. Last week, they showed up 20 minutes late, but twice before they didn't show up at all. So think twice about these folks before you take off work or ruin a Saturday.

We asked for an estimate and never received one, nor were my two attempts to follow-up with our consultant returned. This person was not nearly as 'salesman-y' as another major waterproofing company (who needless to say we did not go with). +1 for the reading material they provided and having someone come out during the agreed-upon window. The packet of info mailed to us was almost excessive in the quantity of printed material (trees!), but there was no estimate inside. When I tried to inquire, one time being that I left a voicemail through their customer service line, no one returned our call.
I can't speak to their work crews or process, or cleanliness or thoroughness, because we weren't followed up with.

They came out and unplugged our sump pump without our knowledge- to plug in their equipment. We found out AFTER our crawl space flooded and they denied everything! Extremely unethical company.

We have been experiencing water leakage in the basement, which has become progressively worse over the last few years. I finally called Perma-Seal after hearing one of their commercials. Jorge Paredes arrived at my house as scheduled. Jorge was very friendly and quickly identified the solution to my water leakage problem and offered a very nice discount on the price. He also inspected the sump pump, which we also decided to replace. I am quite happy to have selected Perms-Seal and met Jorge.

We had a great experience with Perma-Seal Basement Systems. We ended up picking them after considering multiple companies with varying solutions. They were professionals in getting the work done quickly and efficiently. They were open to any changes based on our preference especially for the sump pump location. Jim Montalbano and Mike Tiggs were excellent to work with and had great customer service. We had some issues even after the work was done that was beyond PermaSeal's scope. They were quick to look at the issue and provide a recommendation. Overall, a really great experience and recommend them to anyone who's considering them.

I had a great experience with Aaron Woolfolk at Perma-Seal for two separate appointments. My wife and I originally had a crack in our basement sealed last year for the first appointment, and at that time Aaron recommended repair to crack in the foundation outside my laundry room because the previous owners did a shoddy repair and chances are it would leak. Well that crack has leaked because of the heavy rainfall the past few weeks, and Aaron was able to come back out in short notice to set up that second repair. Great, timely service and was able to get a repair appointment set up quickly.

We own and manage multiple properties. I have used Perma-Seal to repair foundation cracks, stop leaks, and latest for concrete leveling of old flat work. The work has been excellent and an excellent value. My company rep, Mike Vecchione, has been super. I would give him 10 stars! He has identified issues, scheduled my work promptly and has been ultra responsive. Hope you never have a basement issue, but if you do, he will fix it fast, for good, and for a fair price!
