Matt and the Perma Dry team were excellent to work with. I had multiple companies review my basement situation and provide bids. Matt was the most trustworthy and reasonably priced, with no pushy sales tactics. He was willing to come over multiple times prior to the work being done to assess my needs. The project was done quickly and clean up was excellent. I highly recommend Perma Dry!

June 6, 2024. I have an appointment with Perma Drive Michigan between 2 o'clock and 5 o'clock at 3:30. I called them to see how things were going. She said they were running behind. It'll be closer to 5 o'clock then I got a call said it might be later but she'll let me know soon. It's now 6 o'clock, and I haven't heard a thing. I cannot recommend these people to anyone. I hope some people out there had a good experience with them but so far for me not so.

First, scheduling was fast and easy. Constant updates on timing of arrival and tech was on time.
Service: Matt was great! He was honest and very knowledgeable and quickly identified the issue..small leak from rod. Put me at ease that it could be fixed easily at a reasonable cost. Matt made me feel relieved about the minor leak at the end of the estimate. Definitely recommend Perma Dry.

As a single female, I am always leery of being taken advantage of. Not the case here at all! Matt was honest, straightforward and knowledgeable. He did not try to sell me on some extravagant (and unnecessary) fix, rather provided a sensible, and cost efficient approach to fixing my basement issues. No scare tactics, no pressure. I was comfortable and happy with him, and this company. Highly recommend!
