Used Perkins Septic and Drain Service for the first time as they were recommended by our plumber. Our main sewer line was clog. Called their office and was nicely greeted by Ashley which told me she would see when someone could come out to take care of the problem. Several minutes later she called me and said they could have a team out to our place later in the afternoon. In about an hour later I received a phone from the team to inform me that they would be there in an hour. Sure enough Nick and Ryan arrived when they said they would. I explained the issue to them and they asked about our plumbing and layout. They determined they wouldn't use hydro-jetting as it could create flooding from the drain in our basement. They worked several hours fixing the problem and were very informative about what they were doing and why. In the end they fixed the problem. I would highly recommend Perkins Septic and Drain Service. Thanks Nick & Ryan for doing a great job.

I have a hard time giving any stars! Being that I called them to come out to a completely plugged drain. They worked on it for quite awhile. Did not clear the drain. Charged 300 dollars and left. Said that they would be back tommorow. Never showed. Never called. I had to call several times. Was told something different each time. So, hear I have a plugged drain. Out 300 dollars. Said they would make it right. I STILL HAVE A PLUGGED MAIN LINE. It's been over 2 weeks. Moving on. I won't do business with a service company like that. Service work, customer service has gone away!! Just saying.

First time using Perkins Septic. Staff member Jordon called before arrival and was very pleasant. Process didn't take him long and paying right then was an added bonus so it's all taken care of. See you in a few years Perkins team. Thank you!
