Perkins Plumbing & Heating is, without a doubt, the most ethical and honest plumber in the business! We called them for an issue and Jim ran tests and assessed our system. Whereas other companies could have taken advantage and suggested extensive work or replacement, Perkins Plumbing & Heating was able to address and solve the issue with minimal work and cost. Jim Redmond the owner has no work ethic .
Doesn't return calls. . And if you can get him to schedule an appt he never shows up.
Do yourself a favor and find another plumber .

Their response time was quick, they gave me an estimate for the work that I needed on my water filtration system.
He had to order some parts, and came back within 24hrs to install. He was efficient, neat & most importantly trust worthy. I would definitely use him again & would highly recommend him for ALL your plumbing, heating or well needs.

DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE! I hired this company to install a water heater at a rental property 2 years ago. They installed it, and were very quick to send me an invoice which I immediately paid in full although the inspection was still pending. TOTAL MISTAKE. It is now 2 years later, I never heard back from them, the inspection was never done, and now I am selling the property and was contacted by the Town's department for inspections letting me know there is this open ticket permit that was never done. I JUST CONTACTED JIM REDMOND at PERKINS; the outcome of that conversation was UNBELIEVABLE: he first said he didn't have my contact information in order to go do the inspection, although, he had my email and cell phone number, and I have all the emails where he sent me the invoices. He then proceeded to say that nobody allowed ""access"" to do the inspection, but he never tried to contact me for access. He was able to bill me but not contact me for access to do an inspection in 2 years? He had very lame excuses, was terribly rude . DO NOT use this company if you want to deal with respectable and professional people, save yourself a bad experience.
