Today Roger from Perkins and Sons worked at our house, using this company for the first time and we were very pleased. Originally we thought we needed two jobs done, replacing a hose bib in the backyard and weather stripping in the front. Roger demonstrated his honesty by showing us how we didn't need a new hose bib so we just had him do the weather stripping at our front door which really needed replacing. He was meticulous and did an excellent job on it. Roger is a nice person and I thought he was reasonably priced. When I first called I talked to his mother, Katherine, who was also very nice and took time to explain things to me. Sadly, a lot of companies won't even call customers back but this company isn't like that at all. They can do most everything for a house and we will definitely use them in the future. We found out about them from a neighbor across the street who was also happy with them. They also accept credit cards.

I saw this business on Angies list. I sent in a description of a couple small projects and was sent a message to call and make an appointment for an estimate. Fair enough. I called and spoke to a young man that agreed the projects I inquired about is what they do. He stated that his manager was out of the office and she would call me with in one hour. No call for the entire day. The next day I called and received a recording. I left a message stating that I had called the day before and I wanted the estimate. I waited one week being generous with the time and still no return call. Not even to say we might be too busy, we don't give a damn, nothing. So if you choose to use them, have your back up numbers ready. There is a good chance they just don't have the manpower to do the work. I find their customer service to be in the worst form.

I needed some stands hung for my model planes. These need to be mounted in the ceiling. Roger came out and hung them just the way I wanted. I simply told him what I wanted and that was all he needed. Moreover, my kitchen sink faucet was very loose; Roger fixed this as well. All services were professional provided and in keeping with COVID-19 guidelines. This company is more than a ""handyman"" as most technicians have their own specialty area. Give Kathy a call at Perkins and Sons if you need everyday house-hold work at a reasonable price.

I called at 12.30 pm and despite of claimed working hours are 9-1pm all I heard was: No, No, No.
-Can you guys fix a scretch on the bamboo floor?
-No
-Just make it less visable, even make it unprofessionally, not a big deal, can you just help me to paint it somehow?
-No
- By the way, are you working today?
-No, but we'll connect with you later..
I fully understand that it happens on Saturday- Family, BBQ and so on, but if you posted your working hours 9-1pm cancel anything but not your customer!

I paid $200 to have them come out to do measurements for a door inside my house that I wanted to replace. They told me the $200 will go towards the cost of installation. This measurement was done in May 2019. To this day they have not come to install the door. I must have called them more than 10 times to see what is going on, but every time they blamed it on the manufacturer of the door being late. I finally asked for a refund after 4 months. They told me they will send me s refund check that I never got. DO NOT use this company. They will take your money and not complete the work. They are dishonest and a fraud.

OMGosh great surprise, Roger & his dad did an amazing job tearing down my breakfast bar! They we're efficient, and they cleaned up after themselves, and got done early!
Will diff use them again!

Their company was great to work with at all levels: booking the job, scheduling, and follow-through. Rodger showed up on time, exactly as promised. He had all the tools necessary to complete the half dozen handyman tasks I needed help with. He was courteous and friendly and even helped with decorating ideas. He worked at a good pace and their company charged a reasonable rate. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing handyman services.

We had a dishwasher leak that did some damage to our wall. Mr. Perkins came over and repaired the wall and cleaned up the mess caused by the leak. He was professional and did a great job. Pricing was competitive. We look forward to having him work for us again.
