We had a blockage from bad pipe angle offset that caused issues shortly after moving into our new house right before Thanksgiving. Brad was super responsive and got his daughter Brittany and worker Ricky out the next day. They worked hard until they found the issue and got it fixed, saving Thanksgiving for the family. Great people and great company. Highly recommend this family owned business.

If you ever find this company difficult to get a hold of, it's because they're so good that they're really busy. Just leave a message and they will call you back and if it doesn't seem like they're calling you back in time call again but they will come and they do an amazing job! We have used them twice before and we will use them again this week if they're available!

This is a wonderful company and I was extremely impressed with Brad. He is unbelievably honest and probably the nicest plumber I've ever come across. I thought we might need our septic tank cleaned and he looked at it and said everything was fine. Where do you find that kind of honesty today? He did not even want any money for looking at it but I felt compelled to give him a small check. He spent his time and money bringing a large truck to my home for the job so I felt that was the least I could do. I really am blown away by this company. This is the only place I would ever call for any plumbing assistance in the Idlewild area!

Really disappointed with Brad. He has cleaned my septic tank a few times before, so I called him again on Friday and he said he was busy in Idyllwild and couldn't clean the tank until Saturday.
So I waited all day for him to show up, and he never did, or even call me up to tell me he wasn't able to do the job.

I've got nothing but respect for this man. The name of his business should be ""Professional"" Pumping. We needed a major fix on our existing system. He and his crew spent a week in the hot sun working every day until they were done. Even so, the level of customer service and the quality of their work were top-notch. I would trust Brad with my dogs, and that is saying A LOT.
