Performance Plumbing changed my thinking about hiring a plumber or tackling DIY project.

Performance Plus was introduced to us after a kitchen remodel several years ago and we never stopped using them. Throughout the years they installed or replaced our dishwasher, the under sink reverse osmosis, hot water heater, garbage disposal, various faucets and valves, cleaned our drains both inside and out, and even modified an old cabinet to install a sink for our guest bathroom. Their service is always friendly, on time, and very competitive.

After having new countertops and backsplash installed by Boulevard Flooring, realized at the last minute we wanted to have a professional to connect the under sink plumbing. Called Sergio mid morning on a Friday and he delivered! Arrived at our house before 5p and had everything hooked up within an hour...and at a great price! Will definitely use Sergio in the future with all our plumbing needs. What a find!!

I had a Water Heater installed along with a few minor problems that had to be remedied. The owner Sergio was thorough and detected a few plumbing problems I had previously from the past, that he corrected.
I had a little water damage in my garage, and needed new drywall work and copper pipes. He also provided air blowers to dry the walls and detect whether there was any mold. The work he provided was very good.

My concern is I received no paperwork providing proof of purchase of the water heater and no written warranty. The receipts were not itemized and it was difficult to understand, what supplies he purchased and how he determined the cost of the work. I personally felt I was overcharged. He needs assistance with billing and presenting a professional copy of the work provided. He gave me a quote on the top of his head and a handwritten receipt that only showed that I paid him the amount of money he quoted. I was gullible and I should have called a few companies to get other quotes. I learned a lot and again the money he charged me was ridiculously high.
