We had a tall toilet installed because of my husband's disability. Previously he had been using a bedside commode with the bucket removed and placed over our low toilet. The job was done in no time, It looks great and he is able to use the new toilet with ease. Stephanie in the office was very nice and Mark, the plumber she sent out, was great. We would recommend this business to anyone.

I called Performance Plumbing around 9 o'clock on a Friday morning. I explained to the receptionist, Mallory, that we had a water leak in our foundation and I wanted to talk with someone about finding and fixing the leak. She said I needed to talk with Chris but that he wasn't in so she would transfer me to his voicemail and he'd call me back. By 2 o'clock that afternoon I had not heard from Chris so I called back and Mallory told me that Chris was out of the office and probably wouldn't call until Monday, but she would contact him then to have him call me. He didn't call. Monday rolled around and by mid-morning I still had not heard from Chris, so I called the office again. This time Mallory told me that Chris was back but not really back and asked if I wanted to leave another voicemail for him.

Chris never called me.

The communication with Performance Plumbing at the beginning was rough to say the least and left a sour taste... HOWEVER, after talking with Mike, we were able to work things out and get them over to provide us an estimate ASAP (and at our convenience)!

He was extremely professional, nice, and apologetic for how things were initially handled. He provided a very thorough, top notch estimate and you could tell he's had tremendous experience in the industry! We received an estimate less than a day later (probably close to 12 hours after he visited the house).

If you're looking for a plumber in the area Mike and Performance Plumbing are extremely promising and a company I would definitely consider in the future! Thank you again!!!

At this point I am satisfied with the Performance of the work! This was the only company that I actually got a real person answer upon calling. Seth was on the way within 10 minutes of the call. He came and quickly got to work with his assistant. They wore shoe covers and were very neat with their work, cleaning up afterwards. (Not that there was a mess ). The only thing that does not make this a 5 star is the cost. I thought it was kinda steep but then I needed them and they were the only response.
I would call them again though.

This is the first time I had to call a plumber and i must say that i was very pleased with the service. Seth France was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained to me everything he found and showed me the damage equipment afterwards. He also gave me more than one option to fix my problem. It only took him 30 minutes which I was very pleased with. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Fantastic service. Very friendly techs that know what they're doing. Came out same day to identify the necessary repairs and were back the next day to fix it. I would definitely recommend them.

Poor communication. Do NOT use them if you have a rental/second house. They do not call to inform you what is going on. I had a leak at my 2nd house in Norfolk and I was very specific that they need to talk to me not the kids in the house. One way communication is all I got and a bill 2 months after the fact. The house was built in 1959 and my son said they obviously did not want to work on the plumbing. So after 4 days of no response I called Dons Plumbing and he was GREAT he went to the house the next day, called me to tell me what the problem was and fixed it within a few days.
