Jeff is phenomenal! He runs an honest business and he will tell you exactly what you need and not try to up-sell you on a ton of extras. So far he has helped out with a bathroom and kitchen remodel. We will definitely look to him for our next project.?

I had the guys at Performance Plumbing come out to replace my water heater and once again I am completely 100% happy!!! Great communication, showed up when they said they would, VERY NICE GUYS- they diagnosed and installed the new water heater quickly at a great price! These guys are VERY trustworthy, they did such a great job I even gave them a big tip!!! I'm super appreciative to have someone I can trust especially with all the shady contractors out there that will either lie and overcharge or sell you things you don't need! Thanks again Performance Plumbing, I hope I don't need you guys again anytime soon :) but if I do, you are the ONLY plumbers I will call!

I usually don't write reviews but when I do it means so much to me to share with everyone how awesome and amazing Jeff at Performance Plumbing is. When I had first bought my home I had local plumbers come in look around and pretty much just give me the runaround instead of repairing everything correctly the first time like I had asked and wanted they would basically fix whatever they thought was easiest that they could make the most money on. I'm a Veteran and I was having major plumbing issues water pipes, gas line and drainage/ major sewer problems, not only did Jeff and his team of professionals come out right away and very relaxed and not pushy at all then did a very thorough analogy of all my issues by putting their camera in my lines and then looked at how everything is and how it should be corrected. I'm an engineer and like things done right the first time and after Jeff analyzing all my problems he explained very calmly what needed to be done and how to do it right he then fixed all my issues very promptly and at a more than fair price. Thank you Jeff for being an awesome guy not only have I found a great plumber for life but also a friend what a great guy. I will always recommend him to everybody and I already have to 2 other's a family member and friend and they're both completely satisfied with him as well and I'm a completely satisfied with Jeff at ""Performance Plumbing"" I'd like to be able to give him 10 Stars because in my eyes that's what he truly deserves thank you Jeff so much for your honesty, integrity, professionalism and friendship. I'm sad to write this because I liked Jeff the first time he came to replace our toilet. He worked fast and for an affordable price. Perhaps that's why he over-commits himself to the point where he is also unreliable and flaky. I will NEVER count on Jeff again! He does not keep his word. I was on a deadline to move and needed to fix a pipe and yet I postponed my timeline to accommodate Jeff's crew because I trusted him. Yet, I found myself trying to call him without ever getting a return call. He said he had some emergencies from apartment toilets overflowing. So, FOUR (4!) days (Thurs, Fri, Mon., Tues.) I scheduled for him to arrive and EVERY time he never bothered to call. When I called him yet again, he said it was another emergency with more toilets overflowing and said it's going to be another week! When I was up against my deadline, I had to scramble to find another plumber. :( I understand that emergencies arise, but hearing the same excuse for why he did not call to cancel for 4 days in a row is unacceptable. How can he be a professional if he cannot keep his commitments and does not even bother to call when something else comes up? A step in the right direction would have been for him to simply take responsibility for his mistakes and apologize. But no, then he had the *audacity* to turn it around and make it about me and my ""kind of work."" What is wrong with this guy? He needs counseling. That is just absolutely, completely unacceptable. I don't want him to ever come around me again.

Jeff is an extraordinary plumber. So kind and helpful. He did work for my grandma and she was so happy with how knowledgeable he was and how fair he was with price. She had a different company come out prior and didn't like the guy at all and his price was more than Jeff's as well. Jeff found a problem the other company didn't find. He will be doing more work for less money and he's friendly and honest. We would recommend him time and time again.

I called this company up to have a slow drain fixed. They showed up when they said that they would. They fixed the problem and I was happy with the service and the price they charged. I would gladly use them again.
