Our water heater leaked and needed replaced. My wife was home , I was out of town. She got a referral from a neighbor and although the price was high a tankless water heater was nicely and quickly installed. We werent billed for a month I call d to get billed . 6 months later I received a past due notice in thenail. I called and paid that day and inquired about a promised rebate. Iwas told a receipt and the rebateinformation would be mailed and prior invoices had been email d. I never read emails unless notified thry are coming .iA recipt and warrantee were received. I did not see a small print website address. I called and was told to go to a website. I did not hear the site correctly and couldnt get the correct place. I called 3 times before the installer called m back and helped m find the correct rebate offer. I submitted the requested iformation snd am wsiting for my ch ck . I believe the office billing and response could have been much more effectively handled
