Performance has updated my kitchen and 2 showers. They did a wonderful job last year. This time my hot water tank quit on me. Cold showers aren't fun. I called Cheryl and she had the guys here within 4 hours. It took them less then 90 to install a new tank. This company is something to brag about if you need help. I will always depend on them. Great group of professionals.

The rate for service call was not bad and the guys that came were nice, but ultimately did not fix my issue. I had to call different plumber out for an emergency. Don't recommend unless you need something simple done.

rick and his team at performance plumbing did a great job with our restaurant bathrooms. these guys are clean, efficient, thorough and very reasonably priced. would not do business with anyone else. try them the next time you need a plumber. you won't be disappointed.

We had a blockage that was causing waste water to come up through the basement floor drain with some minor basement flooding. I called one local plumber and they said they could not get to me until the following week. That was not an option so I called Performance Plumbing and they had someone at my house within an hour. Dan was able to isolate the issue and have us back up and running within the hour. I was given the plan of attack and associated costs before work was begun. No surprises here!! Very reliable and professional service.

They were able to get here more quickly than any other plumbers I called. They were also willing to defrost my pipe, whereas another company would not (I had it well started already). They were on time, friendly and professional. I definitely recommend them.

Horrible. Could not finish the job the first day because he did not have what was needed for the job, so had to come back the next day. Then got double billed, because they said he had to come back the next day. He did not do the job required, and fixed nothing the first day but we still got billed for the job. Pathetic! If you are called to fix something and cannot do the job we should not have been charged. Then after i called about the issue i was told that even though he could not do the job he still came out there and if i did not pay the total in full i would be charge the total plus a interest rate of 18%. WILL NOT RECOMMEND!
