Our team offers residential plumbing repairs for all your general plumbing needs. We focus on the installation of new water heaters and kitchen and bath faucet repairs. We also install pressure regulators. Repairing leaks in your home and yard are part of our offerings. We handle drain unclogging and replacing pipes.
Greg Taylor founded a plumbing company in the year 2001. Initially named Taylor Plumbing Company, it concentrated on business plumbing. He eventually changed the name to Performance Plumbing & Mechanical, Inc. through effort and exceptional service. He has recently taken an interest in home plumbing therefore joined forces with experienced service plumbers to launch a quality service company.
Our residential service plumber, Greg Evans manages the service calls. He has more than 5 years of experience in residential service, he is committed to providing excellent service. Honesty, fairness, knowledge, and hard work define his approach.

Judy Ann R.Greg Scott Taylor hired my nephew Jacob Lee Terro. Jacob was an excellent, dedicated employee. Jacob was a Marine Veteran. He was killed on his motorcycle June 25, 2023. His widow asked Greg Scott Taylor to buy Jacob's brand new tools valued at $5,000. Greg Scott Taylor gave Jacob's widow $2,000. When I confronted him - he dismissed me with no regard. Do not send any work to this low life that would take advantage of a Veteran's Widow.

Gary G.Are you kidding me! Greg and his team are the very best. Needed to relocate and upgrade to a larger gas meter. Contacted numerous contractors to dig the weld hole and line to meet SDGE's really strict requirements. Could not find a contractor to do the work and when I found one they wanted a 'King's ransom' to do the job. Finally found Greg and WOW, professional, punctual and extremely efficient at a fair price.
Completed the work and PPM did a fantastic job cleaning up.
All of the employees were friendly, personable and professional, I give them the very best in every category.
