Performance Plumbing has been my go to plumber since 2015. Blane, Shayna, and the rest of the crew have provided great service for our plumbing needs--replacing faucets and the disposal, updating our Manabloc system, installing values to our main waterline, and toilet problems. Most recently Nate installed new pex valves to our kitchen faucet and installed a new kitchen faucet to fix the leaking faucet. Shayna has been easy to work with by phone and I like how I can text her pictures of the problem so she can consult with the plumbers and get an estimate for us. They also get us into their schedule as soon as possible. The one time I used Roto-Rooter because I couldn't get ahold of Performance Plumbing (they were out of the office that day) turned out to be a bad experience. I will continue to call on Performance Plumbing for my plumbing needs!

When businesses commit to responding to you, I would expect nothing less. Has the world changed where companies can pick and choose what jobs they do, what happens to us ""left overs"" people who need services but just can't get any because they pick and choose the more lucrative jobs. I contacted them approx 3-4 months ago. They requested pictures of what I needed done. I waited a few weeks to be contacted by the owner. He explained they had a $125 fee to ""traveling time"". I live down the road but he said charge is still same even if I live near or far. I said I would think about it. Several weeks passed I decided I would pay the fee and called owner back. Left message then waited few weeks for a call back. Asked him to come look at job I needed done, he said he'd look at his schedule and let me know when he could come. I think it's been approx 4 weeks (give or take) and still no callback. Why do they advertise ""excellent"" services when they give none? A simple courtesy call to say you don't want my business would be the professional thing to do.

Our resident manager recommended this plumber. our house water system is Manabloc. It's hard to find a good plumber to do this job. Blane, the plumber, replaced Manabloc. Quick and perfect. Everything was great from the first call to the end. I'm going to recommend Performance Plumbing to my neighbors and friends.

Performance Plumbing is TOP NOTCH! They just completed a bathroom renovation for me and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. First of all the owners of the company, Blane and Shayna Furuta are the nicest people. They are very professional, but not in a stuffy kind of way. They're both very easy to talk to and patient with any questions or concerns you may have. Blane and Jason came right on time on the first day of the renovation which was the demo day. The first thing I noticed about them is that they are very respectful of the homeowner and their property. I anticipated that there would be a mess involved since they would need to gut everything in my decades old bathroom, but they went through great effort to keep it to a minimum and kept cleaning up after themselves. They continued to do that throughout the remainder of the renovation. Even all of the different contractors that they use for the vanity, flooring and countertops were wonderful to work with. They all seem to have a high regard for and a great working relationship with Blane which made it such a seamless process. Besides the fact that the people at Performance Plumbing are so knowledgable and do excellent work, I think that what stands out for me about this company is their integrity! THAT is huge for me. You can be assured that if you go with Performance Plumbing you will have outstanding service and results at a fair price with good honest people. It was such a pleasant experience working with them I will definitely call on them again for any future plumbing needs. ABSOLUTELY recommend!

Plain and simple - Performance Plumbing (PP) is the best. Which explains why I am a 4 time repeat customer because the professionalism, practice of aloha with every service experience and interaction, quality work at the highest level and consistently a great value with every job. My recent job was a tub to shower conversion and the PP team quite honestly EXCEEDED my expectation ! The work was completed on schedule (even with unplanned for and added re-piping for the water lines and a ceiling access panel), done with a high focus on cleanliness, neatness and quality while providing excellent communication throughout week long job so everyone remained on the same page. I am pretty detailed and nit-picky, but I am very happy with the outcome and cannot think of a single concern with anything. I feel that I not only got what I wanted, but the recommendations along the way (like re-doing some pipes and adding the access panel) and the attention the little details gave me more and a better outcome than I originally imagined. Things such as grab bar placements, placements of the recessed soap and shampoo storage units and the positioning of valves and shower head really helped everything picture perfect. I have already shared pictures with friends and neighbors and without question - will continue to recommend and call Performance Plumbing back for any work that I might need in the future. I wish all contractors could work like and deliver such great service and value like Performance Plumbing. Blane and Shayna - your company is the best and you guys lead some amazing teams of workers. What can be worse than an under slab hot water leak!! Yikes! My electric bill doubled my water bill jumped up. What a way to start 2022! Luckily I called Performance Plumbing and owner Blane and Shayna came to my rescue. We decided to reroute all my 48 year old Mililani house piping to above ground copper piping. The job took 3 days and now I don't have to worry about underground water leaks any more. Blane and his team Nate, Jason, Jerome and Scott did a meticulous and impeccable job. All the new pipes and fittings are copper and they should last 50 to 75 years! My wife and I are very glad we chose Performance Plumbing in Mililani they did an outstanding job!
