Wicked expensive!! No excuses! Can't believe a half hour job with a $20 part cost well over $300. They force you to purchase a membership in order to bring down their regular prices, which are insanely high, plus charge a crazy fee just to show up. I know there are plenty of great plumbers out there! Used this company just a few years back and their prices have doubled. Go somewhere else...they need to learn a lesson and stop taking advantage of people. Humble up Pine State!

They got here quickly and the technician was quick and neat. Very polite. The quality of work seems very good, but they are insanely expensive. The job took under an hour and the parts were minimal. The experience would have been great if they weren't over charging so much. I regret not being more patient and getting more quotes, but I wanted this issue to be resolved. If you can wait, get other quotes.

Pine State prices are outrageous while their people are great. The latest incident occurred while I was selling my home. To inspect the sewer, I hired PS to remove and replace a toilet so the sewer line could be inspected. Bill: $354! They said it's a flat rate and not related to the time spent to do the work.

Overpriced and Deceiving. They gave me a quote 0f 12,650 for hot water heater and heat pump setup. We felt it was pricey but we needed the work done. Installation was ok. The salesman was not very good. Kept forgetting the details. After all was said and done they sent us forms to fill out so they could get rebates. This was never mentioned in conversations nor was it in the contract. The companies response was ... oh our salesman was new and forgot. The salesman (michael dupuis) to cover his posterior said he discussed it. I don't forget conversation like that. My advice would be don't do business with this company no matter how badly you need the work done.. I hate doing these reviews but if i had read a few of these on this site I wouldn't have made the mistake

Called this company to clear a drain and was put to someones voicemail. I left a message about my issue and they never called me back. Nice way to do business. Fortunately I was able to clear the drain myself if not I was going to call someone else
