After searching for plumbers I found a construction company who employed Performance Plumbing, after going through the new homes, I found a Martin Torrez who told me he was a plumber for this company. I thought I would be able to trust the company's employees and boy was I wrong. After paying Martin I found that he didn't even move the toilet piping and he installed the tub horribly, he even left parts in the box and put a hole in my ceiling. I asked him to fix the situation or refund my money to which he responded he installs 20-30 tubs a week and he knows what he is doing (keep in mind I had an inspector, and 3 other plumbers come out to say it was incorrectly installed). By this time I had been working with Martin for 3 weeks (this is the only shower in my house, so I have been without a shower for 3 weeks) Martin stopped returning my calls and left me with the mess he made. I called performance plumbing hoping they would be interested in the work their guys are doing and try to help with the situation (not expecting them to pay for Martin's wrong doing, but to do their job) I spoke with a very rude and disrespectful manager named Jason and after being hung up on I attempted to get in touch with the owner of the company, to which I have had no response. I am looking into taking legal action at this time. I strongly advise anyone considering this company to look else where. They are incredibly unprofessional and don't know what they are doing, and wont care if they mess up. Avoid the hassle and go elsewhere.

Our builder used Performance Plumbing to install all of the plumbing in our newly built Wash Park home. The hose bibb in the backyard burst over 2 weeks ago. The owner of Performance Plumbing, Justin refuses to come check the water leak out and provide a resolution. We had 2 other plumbers assess the problem and both agreed the bibb was installed incorrectly causing it to burst from the winter cold. As a result, we have major water damage in our basement and unable to use our backyard hose. I left several messages for Justin and his Admin and was told he will not fix it.

I Do NOT recommend this plumbing company to anyone. It is extremely unfortunate that an owner of a company does not stand behind their work.
