Just arrived at my home in Epworth yesterday afternoon and discovered the first floor was flooded. I found the leak and turned off the water to the house and stared looking for a plumber on yelp. Found Performance Plumbing and called about four PM and spoke with Missy and explained the emergency, she asked for some pictures which I sent after working hours. She sent a text and said a Jesse would be out between 8 and 10 AM. Jesse showed up about 0810 this morning and identified the problem and had it fixed within an hour, 50 minutes was the drying time of the glue for the PVC. He turned the water on and checked for leaks. Truly professional plumber! Missy understood the emergency and dispatched a plumber ASAP! Performance Plumbing is a true professional organization. Performance Plumbing was a pleasure to work with. I had received an absurd quote from a competitor and reached out for comparisons. Performance Plumbing was quick to respond and the prices were in line with what I had researched online. They were able to send someone out to replace a bad sump pump the same day. Performance Plumbing has BY FAR been the BEST plumbing company we have ever used. We had a water heater go out and was leaking in Nov of 2021 and I found them here on Yelp and the reason I called them was because of their 5 star review. Let me just say if they had a scale of 10 stars I would've given them that!! The gentlemen came out to our house within 35 min and were as thorough as can be. Their price is competitive with everyone else and their work was TOP NOTCH!! When you're in need of a plumber is its normally when its 'panic time' and you need to have a company you can trust. THATS PERFORMANCE PLUMBING!!!!! We live in Canton and I can sleep easy knowing we have a plumbing company who we can call if needed. That water heater that was leaking and on its last hour was also replaced within a couple the same day!! Matter a fact before lunch was when they were done and a peace of mind was in place!! I discovered a leak that I wasn't able to fix. Called several local places, with most quoting $200+ just to inspect, and nearly a week before they had an opening. When we called Performance Plumbing, we were told NO COST for inspection, and we would only be charged if work was done. They also said they could be out the next day (we called in the late afternoon). This immediately put them ahead of the others. Jesse came out, wearing mask and gloves for protection. He was able to identify the issue and provide us a quote on repairs in just a few minutes. Less than an hour after he got here, everything is working great! Total charges were less than the inspection quote from other companies. Performance Plumbing has earned the spot of """"Go To"""" plumber for us and we will gladly recommend them to any friends that need help.

Jon took on a difficult job of repairing a very small leak in the slab. Very professional and did a great job. I have worked in construction for 30 plus years and know a good plumber. I highly recommend Jon and his staff for your plumbing needs.
