i'm requesting a work order from my home Warranty insurance David came to check on may 9 what was wrong was i asked them to also call me before they get there because i was working that day the home was not ready to move in since we find out a was no hot water also the main bathroom the shower also had no water and we was working on other repairs in the house cleaning, painting, cleaning out side all the trash garbage we had from the previous owner. I was reading the contract i didn't see anything saying we can't do that since a contractor was doing the inspections so he got there few min before me i had some one open the door for him when i got there i said hi also i went over about the issues with the water since he was doing his job i was cleaning an paint some counter in the house then i ask my friend were is the guy he said he left i got confused most of the times they came back with you go over to explain the situation about what is wrong and was not like that with me so then i called his company the lady was mad and rude not really giving me any answers then she said his report had so many people in the house. he was not able to do his job after i call several times to the insurance from that day until the 20th. they told me after the report contractor said my insurance was canceled thanks to David Sopko . I found out he reported to his company many people was in the house and there was 2 people at the house. I don't think this is professional if he was not comfortable to do his job he should talk to me let me know and explain why or he can come back other day. He reported to the insurance the house was uninhabited,unhealthy and there was safety issues. REALLY. I was thinking THIS GUY has no respect for people time I had to get on the phone later and argue just because he couldn't speak to me and tell me that he felt uncomfortable in the house. THANKS

This is the third or fourth time we've used Performance Plumbing. They are amazing! We had another plumber out 2 days before and they seriously did not know what they were doing. Dave Sopko is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Thank you for a great job Dave!!
