Had an emergency so I found the closest plumber to my house. Figured I would find my plumber by distance. Turns out I wasn't wrong, they were here in an amazing 5 minutes from the end of my call and fixed my leak in just 15 minutes, nice guys also. Highly recommend!

I am a property manager of an apartment building and have been working with Performance Plumbing for 3 years now.

1) They offer a window of time for appointments and stick to this 99% of the time
2) They are honest and thorough with their work. Mike has spent countless hours explaining things to me and making plans for taking care of the buildings drains and pipes.
3) They are great to use for a variety of work. Sometimes I only need them to simply snake a drain or fix a garbage disposal. Other times, it is replacing a hot water heater or responding to an emergency.
4) They beat out most competitors prices and offer higher quality customer service and work.

Overall, it gives me great peace of mind to know I have a plumber I can trust and can work with successfully.

Great service! Highly recommended. We had moved our stove for remodeling and noticed a gas leak. I called at 6 pm and Alex came at 8 pm. He even made a second visit 2 days later to help us hook up our stove and to check for gas leaks. Fantastic!

Had a great experience with these guys. Called today (Saturday) at 1pm and they were at my house by 2pm. Vlad was super helpful and explained what he was doing while he was doing it. It should have cost me $45 + $95 for both the sink and the toilet, but since he managed to knock both out in less than 30 min, he only charged me the $95. I really appreciate the honest service and not being nickeled and dimed. I will definitely be calling these guys for any future plumbing issues.

In response to the response - the appointment was NOT to clear a drain, it was to help me with my water heater that exploded. The other business that performed the work was very fast, friendly, and it was done to code. I notice Performance didn't defend its price-gauging in its response. Watch out for this one. See my initial post.

I have known Mike for more than 1/2 of my lifetime -- full disclosure. If you ever needed to trust someone with very high moral standards, expertise and care, Mike and Performance Plumbing team are your goto. Experience, quality of work, understanding of finer things about construction and how to build things so the last as long as possible is what makes a difference between an average Joe and someone like Mike and his team. If you want to have the job done right the first time, call them before having it done wrong and then having to pay again to do it correctly.

If you believe that as a customer you want to be treated with respect, understanding and honestly, and feel that being treated the way one treats own family is a good thing, do not look any further, because Mike is that kind of a human being.

Their plumbers had to replace a defective water shut-off valve to a toilet, a job that a couple of other plumbers I called declined. They removed the toilet and replaced it and even carried the old toilet to the garage. They were fast and completed both jobs in less than an hour, and the price was reasonable, less than Home Depot. They would have taken the toilet for a fee, but I know a place that accepts toilets for only $5.
