Despite my paying for their twice-per-year maintenance contract and scheduling my maintenance appointment several months out, they cancelled my appointment with 1 day notice and said next availability was in another 2 months. Currently waiting on a promised $75 refund for their failure to deliver but am not optimistic they will deliver on that promise either. Didn't even get a sincere apology or explanation. I do not recommend.

We had one of the worst experiences you could ask for with this firm. As the owner of a 47 year old consulting and contractor compliance firm (TeamCAI), we know what to expect. Our request was to correct/repair a two year old Mini split/ductless. After a couple hours on site correcting (verbally), """" Burned up wiring"""", we're presented with a bill for almost $500, including over $250 for a pound of common coolant available at Harbor Freight for less that $20. Explanation? """"I think it's the compressor, we'll give you a $300 credit"""". We only paid $800 for it (Amazon). Final exit advice---"""" We'll, it's cooling to 75f now, have a nice day"""". If one of our people treated a Client to an invoice after that--- Enough said. If you don't use them, smart consumer. Seasons blessings.

This company is misleading. A man came out to give us a quote for some AC work, then signed us up for their monthly Membership of $19 a month, which took us over a year to catch. We never used services. It's impossible to get someone on the phone that can address any issues. I have an email confirmation of an appt and when no one showed up and I called they asked """"why no one had called me?"""". I took the time off of work. So you sign up for the service calls as part of your membership and then no one shows up. Such a scam.

My Air unit acted up. Called for an appointment. Day of appointment, They called to cancel my appointment for another day. They told what was wrong. Advisor came out the next day. Agreed on price & installation. They called to postpone installation for 3 days. They came on a Friday & installed new Air unit along with IAQ3000. Then left. I called Monday, to see if someone could come out to show me where the filter goes, how to take of the unit, all the stuff I need to know about the units. I got an appointment. NO CALL & NO SHOW! I then get a voice mail telling me the air filter is on the bottom of the unit. Still have no idea how to take care of this unit. Never had an electric filter. No happy with this. if you put something in, you should at least explain how to use & work it.

We had a service plan with performance where we pay $23 per month for maintenance on electric, plumbing & a/c. We have a contract on our house - selling it- and the buyers had a house inspection performed. Found was our a/c coils being dirty. Called Performance to have our a/c maintenance done which, I was advised, included the cleaning. They scheduled an appointment for the next day which pleased me. Later that day, we received a call from Performance advising that a mistake was made and the appointment was changed to another 3 week. Today was the day of our appointment and we received a call from Performance that our maintenance appointment needed to be cancelled since they had too many service calls and could not do the maintenance service. I explained to them that we were trying to close on our house and that we needed to get the coils cleaned today since a re-inspection was being done tomorrow. With a service call at a $95 price for the tech to walk in our house, they could do a service request. Bottom line is the tech came, cleaned the cools and flushed out the drain - No Parts - an hour labor - and a bill of $1,019. No one available to do our maintenance - but available for service. This company was good - WAS - good - but not anymore.. I'm mad . Beware!!! Cindy Hine - called and cancelled agreement and expressed my dissatisfaction!!! No call back to remedy situation. Lost a customer who will spread the word!!!

The most dishonest, rude and pushy company I have ever dealt with!!! They should really be reported to the. Do yourself a favor and stay away from. They don't deserve one star, but I had to put it for it to go through. This is the second review I have submitted and the first one disappeared how odd -so talk about on at an unethical company. They really should be fined for the business practices!!!! Very pushy - I can't stress enough how dishonest they are

If it was possible to give a company a zero rating, they would be most deserving. I have 14 properties in the Indian Shores in Treasure Island area and was with a company called Paradise A/C who was excellent. This company acquired Paradise last year and has the worst service in communication possible. Additionally they just quoted me for an entire AC replacement for a 2 1/2 ton unit at $11,900. The first company I called was $7650. They are CROOKS. Buyer please BEWARE!!!

Don't use this company. Replaced a fill valve in my toilet and charged me $440. The part on Amazon is $11. I called them to complain. Was told someone would get back to me and no one did. BIG RIP OFF. DONT USE THEN

Performance recently did an expensive job at my home and along the way there were some annoyances which I voiced in a survey they emailed afterward. I expected nothing to come of it but I was called quickly after and spoke with Rebecca who seemed very concerned about the workers dropping the ball on their various tasks. Don't get me wrong, the job itself was done right, it was just a bunch of little annoyances along the way but after speaking with her, we can to an agreement that I felt was fair and she made things right. I likely would've given about 3 stars but after the situation got resolved, I'm happy to give 5 since they didn't just ignore my complaints as just another customer complaining about nothing

Our A/C stopped working in our condo when friends were staying in the unit. Not being there, we had the property manager handle the problem. He called Performance which stated that we needed a whole new unit and thermostat. Stated that the motor was not working at all. A time was set for a sales person to come out and give us a price. Didn't feel comfortable about the whole situation. So, I called another A/C company that I used years ago. Long story short, all we needed to get it working was a new thermostat, but I had taken the suggestion of replacing a worn part on the condenser also. Glad I called another honest A/C company.
