This company is truly unbelievable. I don't know how they stay in business. Their talent at shamelessly lying has no equal. Because my home warranty contracts plumbing repairs through them exclusively, I had no choice. If you do, do yourself a tremendous favor and take the advice of every legitimate review here on Yelp and call anyone else. You will spare yourself endless grief.

This contractor was assigned to our property through American Home Shield. The problem they were called out to service was never fixed, sending us in a (so far) endless loop of technicalities and a faucet that I cannot use. When I contacted AHS to recall this vendor they said my account was ""red flagged"" and they don't want to service our address because we've caused them too much trouble. WHAT? I'm sorry, if the problem isn't solved, it's not the customer that is the problem! Now I have to wait in queue to have another (and hopefully more reputable considering the outcome) plumber to do the job right.

OMG! LIARS, so I'm waiting for a week to hear from them regarding a water heater install. I finally call and there response was we left you a message last week.First, that was a lie, 2nd you have the water heater and your company only makes 1 attempt in contacting me,SERIOUSLY! No apologies from them and the receptionist says we have an opening for next week. Appt day comes and goes and no show , no phone call from them. I call the next day and after being on hold for 15 mins, she says"" Sorry, I have an opening for later this week."". Are you kidding me! I ask for the manager and she apologizes and says there is nothing they can do. After complaining that they have no sense of urgency, and demanding quicker service,she says I'll see what I can do and HANGS Up on me. Amazes me how these kind of people are in business.
THEY ARE LIARS, UNPROFESSIONAL AND GET BUTT HURT IF YOU COMPLAIN!

Worst plumbing company I've ever dealt with. They were the assigned company from my home warranty company when calling in a repair claim for our shower. I called this repair in, in October 2014. They came once to assess and/or fix the issue. When realizing they didn't have the right parts, they scheduled to come out a 2nd time with the parts needed. It is now December and they haven't been back with the right parts. I've had to reschedule 3-4 times with them. 2 times the technician called in sick so they didn't have anyone to replace him. Another time the date got mixed up because we've had to reschedule so many times. Bottom line, their customer service sucks. They are scheduled today to finally fix the problem, and they realize the day of...they don't have the right part! What company doesn't check all of this well before the scheduled appointment. If I could give them no stars I would. I'll never use this company or refer this company again. I heard they old do warranty work. If your home warranty company assigns you to this company, I'd say...NEXT CHOICE PLEASE!

This company has the worse service. They were sent by my insurance company to fix my water heater. It took 7 days for them to complete the job AFTER 2 appointment no shows. Here is my story.
They were quick to set up an appointment Wednesday to come check it out ( i received this call on Tuesday). They guy was a little late, but gave me a heads up. He took one look at it and knew the problem. He said I had to order the part, and call them back to come install it. I thought it was their job to do this. It took GE a day to send me the part. I called them back. They said they would send someone out on Friday. I was okay with this. I understand being busy.
Friday rolls around and the time period passes. No one shows. I call the office and she apologizes, but there was a miscommunication in the office. They have to reschedule me for Saturday. She apologized and said he will be at the house between 830-1000 am.
I get a call at 820 that he won't be able to come. His work truck won't start. He can't get into the office. Then he says that his boss told him that it's Stockton is too far (paraphrasing). I had to call on Monday to make ANOTHER appointment.
By this point I'm upset. My husband and I have a 7 month old that we had been taking to her grandparents so we can all take hot showers and bath.
I let them know on Monday (I was a little upset on the phone) what had transpired so far and he said there is no way it was goin to get it fixed today. He told me that the driver had gotten into an accident. I was extremely upset. No hot water for 6 days. You couldn't get anyone else to take his place. No one to do the job your guy didn't do when promised. I was pushed to noon to 1 on Tuesday.
Made a quick call to insurance. They came a little late but way before noon. The last guy out was nice gave us the second appointment. I think he was called in last minute to do the job. Never again will i use this company. I thought waiting for the part would take forever. Didnt think waiting for them to install it would be the worse part. Satisfaction is not a priority for them.

This is the worst company! They installed a part in my Water Heater, and BROKE a different part. I had to then order the part,
1. They lied to me saying that they did not break the part!! It is glass, it was not broke in to. No technical level needed to see the glass was broken after they were done.
2. Sorry, live without hot water for the next 7 days, for that is the next time we will be in your area.

These people suck! My home warranty sent them out to fix my sink and they said they needed to order the part. Lo and behold, they never came back, never called or anything. So I called them back, they said they would have a technician call me back, guess what?? Two weeks later, still no call back! Do not EVER think about hiring these idiots to do anything.

This company stinks. I used them through a home warranty back in Aug.2014. for a hot water heater .I put in the request in and never heard anything. I kept calling the home warranty and they were suppose to call them several times. finally I had the first appt. and they ordered a water heater, then the second appt which I waited and they never showed up. When I called they had the nerve to say some guy named John cancelled and used my name. That was a lie... So the third appt the water heater was installed, so I had my propane co. come out to inspect and hook up. They said it wasn't right, I then made another appt. with performance and feeling a little concerned I called another plumbing co. at my expense to check it, they noted it was totally installed wrong and unsafe, totally the wrong hot water heater. So I sent the notes to performance and when they came out to fix the problem, the guy put a stick under one side of the water heater to allow oxygen to get to the pilot light and the burner and then he lit It and the rubber grommet caught on fire, he turned the gas off, flame went out, he removed the grommet, relit the pilot light , the burner came on and he said alls good it works. However my private lender Eric was there and made him call his boss, Bob, Eric told him what happened and Bob told his employee to call a warranty plumber out who arrived a couple hours later, who right away noticed that it was the wrong water heater completely for this application. .. Not only has the water heater been a nightmare for the past couple of months, ,home warranty had to have another local plumber come fix the pipe connected to the garbage disposal, water faucet, and toilet float valves that they had repaired incorrectly.

THE WORST!!!!!! I agree with Patrick P. - I can't believe this company. I just took 1/2 day off work and sat here, only to find out they weren't even coming (and I would never have known if I didn't call them at 4:00) - they didn't get the part and didn't bother telling me. And when I complained about the problem, the owner, Bob, YELLED AT ME! He lied and said he didn't ""really"" make an appointment with me, which is thoroughly untrue (I take notes with this company because they frequently say one thing, do another), then said ""oh, maybe I should have called you, but I forgot, I have other customers"". I have been without hot water for a MONTH, and they act like they are doing me a favor by bothering with me. If it weren't for the fact that my home warranty company is contracted with them, I would run the other way.

Save yourself a ton of grief - avoid this company like the plague. They are rude, disrespectful, don't follow through, don't want to cooperate with the customer (even though they claim they move heaven and earth for you), and when everything goes wrong, it's never their fault (when it absolutely is). The owner continuously proclaims that he is doing you a favor by taking your business. He clearly needs to learn that he is in a service industry.

For the sake of all consumers out there, I hope this company is out of business - FAST.

I can't believe this company! they came out to our condo in SF, due to my warranty.. i Gave them 100 for deductible. They told us they need to replace our sprayer (I think they fix everything generally). Well said they had to order the part. I never got a response back stating when i would get the part. I keep calling and emailing but noting.. but they are still finding the part... I still haven't gotten my freaking sprayer fixed!!! They came out around April 25th..are you SH!TTING ME!!

it's F@CKING JULY 14TH!! 2014!! I just found out they didn't want to fix our sprayer because it costed too much. i'm sooooooooooooo freaking frustrated!

I HATE HATE HATE THIS COMPANY.. they took my money and assed me out.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
