Fantastic Service. When My water heater started leaking, Vadim was able to come out the same day and give a quote. He then came out to install the new water heater 2 days later. He worked quickly, payed excellent attention to detail, and very informative throughout the whole process. I will definitely be contacting him for any work I need on my house in the future.

Last week we called Perfectum Plumbing to replace a faucet in our bathroom. One reason we chose to go with them is that the owner was the operator as well. It wasn't a big company that contracts out the work. The owner was very pleasant to deal with on the phone and accommodating to our schedule. A few days later our garbage disposal stop working on a Saturday morning and our kitchen sink wouldn't drain. We called the owner to ask him to come help us out and he came out the same day within a few hours. He purchased a new garbage disposal for us and didn't even charge us extra. He replaced or disposal quickly and got us up and running . We were very happy because it can be difficult to get a contractor to come out on a weekend. We highly recommend them and will be using them again.

Perfectum plumbing did a great job on installing a chimney liner in our older house. They came in delivered on what was estimated. You can tell that they know what they are talking about, and I felt confident that the work would be done correctly. Vadim took pictures of his work before and after, and also alerted us to a few other leakage issues on our roof, and put in a nice solution to address those issues as well. Overall, the pricing was fair, and the quality of the work was superb.

As a fist time home owner I was attempting to fix my water spigot myself. DIY gone Wrong!! . After getting myself into more trouble then the original issues. Wasted money on materials and tools as well!! I went on yelp frustrated and called the first plumber that was open late that evening. I called Perfectum- Vadim said he would be happy to give me a free quote and could even finish the work the same day. So I asked if he could come tomorrow morning. He was timely, friendly, fair, and even recognized my husband. What are the odds! Less then a hour later and for a fair price. He fixed my water spigot and the pipe I had cut. Now I can use my hose and start working on the garden in my backyard!

Next time we need any help at home. We well most definitely be calling Perfectum.

I highly recommend Perfectum plumbing, Vadim is knowledgeable and thorough. He came to my house to replace a pipe and ended up replacing many other pipes and even changing parts on my water heater.
Vadim also helped me to prevent more leaks in the future by installing a device to ease the pressure from my pipes.

He also took the time to explain all the work he was going to be doing and made sure we agreed on the price and the work before it was performed.

He doubled check his work before he left to make sure was working before he left and cleaned up.

Highly recommend this company! I was very impressed when he replaced my waterheater
in the house! He made sure that all the parts and pipes were modified appropriately, and now the entire room is more accessible. I called him back today because my washer was leaking. He answered my phone call quickly and came to my house within 30 minutes. He fixed the blocked drain immediately and also made sure that all the hoses were connected properly so avoid future leakages. I highly recommend using Perfectum Plumbing for any plumbing needs.

I called Vadim based on the reviews here on Yelp and Google for a gas line leak I had in my home.

As previous reviewers have mentioned here on Yelp and on Google, Vadim was very professional and knowledgeable. He educated me on several items around my house and was genuinely passionate about his work. I can tell that he take a great pride in his work and goes over and beyond when fixing issues for his customers.

I really appreciate Vadim taking time on a Sunday evening to come out to my house as he knew how serious of an issue this gas leak was. He also does roofing repairs and pointed out several issues with my roof that I did not know, including my chimney missing a rain cap.

Vadim and Perfectum Plumbing will be the only company I use for plumbing service going forward and I highly recommend this company.

I would definitely use Perfectum Plumbing again. Vadim and his crew were professional, fast, and reasonably priced. Our air unit needed replacing and the company we used replaced our unit but could not line our chimney based on the angles of our chimney. We called various companies to look at our situation, but most said they couldn't line our chimney because of the angles or said they could it for an outrageous price. Perfectum Plumbing came out and quickly assessed the situation and told us they could do the job. In less than a week they lined our chimney for the new air unit. Moreover, Vadim found that our water heater was not properly vented and he fixed it to code for a very reasonable price. We were very pleased with the work that was done and will recommend Perfectum Plumbing to everyone.
