I was referred to company by a friend of mine, but I wish I would have read these reviews before having them come out. I had them come out to repair my kitchen faucet. I was informed by the repairman that they couldn't fix it and I needed to get a new faucet. He told me that luckily the $75 fee I paid that day would go towards the installment which was $175. When I got a new faucet I called them back out (THE ONLY REASON I called them to install the new faucet was because I had already "paid towards" the service). When it was time to pay, I was told that I had to pay $175 and the $75 I paid on previous visit was "diagnostic" - the repairman called the manager in front of me to get this information. I looked at the receipt I got on first visit and there was no mention of what repairman told me verbally. Since I didn't have anything in writing, I went ahead and paid, but as I said to the repairman (& manager via speaker phone), I hope that $75 was worth losing any future business from me. I have also told my friend, so hopefully she will not refer anyone else to them. A couple of days later, I called back to speak to the manager to discuss my grievances, and to this day (over a month), he has not called me back.

Referred to my client! My client was so so happy and praised the accuracy of the job she requested. Remove new tub, replace with larger and retile background. It took 2 days of carefully navigating and keeping tracks of dust from getting in other places!

Perfection Plumbing accepted a contract from a warranty company to replace a water heater and charged me extra for the noncovered items. Before starting the job I asked him are you going to change out the parts that I was paying for said yes. But cheated me by collecting the money without doing the extra work I paid for.

We had 2 guys come out on 05/31to fix our leaking tub. We have a Home Warranty Company that uses Perfection Plumbing. It is now leaking more because they had to remove the stem. We have called for 2 days now, and No One seems to know what the other is doing. I would NOT Recommend them for any plumbing needs. Their office staff is rude and acts like they cannot understand you! Wish I could give Negative Stars for a review!

Via home warranty, they sent their plumber out to find leak for my hot tub. They took off a couple of panels to see if they could spot the leak....they didn't. Said they would come back next week if it was still leaking but wanted to leave deck panels off. I said no, put the panels as you found them. When I called the the following week, they wanted to charge me again to remove the panels! It took the guy all of five minutes to remove them. I called a new service, they came out, found the leak, it was a gasket needed to be replaced, and my hot tub is fine. Between the lousy customer service and lack of skills, I would not recommend them or use them again.

Waiting at home two days in a row, no show. Very unprofessional office staff always making excuses and talking over you if you try to explain the issue. DO NOT USE THEM.

Came out to fix my tub via Choice Home Warranty, told them the wrong information took my $65 and ran with it. Now I still have a broken tub!
