Was just after a NE deep freeze and like so many others a pipe burst. After 298,000 gallons of water poured through my home we called Perfection Plumbing fully expecting an enormous bill... I've never experienced such honesty. This job in total was a NIGHTMARE. Chubb Insurance fraud, Insurance guys and every contractor they brought in all on the take. But Perfection Plumbing charged me less than I thought they should have for coming out immediately and on a weekend and simply said, call me next time if you like my work... It's been 4 years and I just rifled through my files for that one, $100 receipt from the ONE MAN who didn't bring me to my knees during such an incredible family loss. I COULDN'T recommend him more highly

Top notch, honest plumber. Contacted this plumber over Labor Day weekend, expecting to be pulled into an expensive solution related to a septic tank back-up. Was very pleasantly surprised by his attempt to understand the cause of my problem, properly diagnose the cause and refer me to the proper company to get the problem repaired. Perfection initiated a call back to me the day following my initial call to check back and see if I needed help. Although I never actually hired this company (because they referred me to a septic pump out company), they were extremely helpful and responsive, and never charged me. The company they referred me to responded immediately to resolve my problem and at a very reasonable cost, especially because it was a Sunday of a long holiday weekend. Next time I need a plumber, this is the guy I'm going to call.

Great response! Resolved my issues quickly. Labor cost was in the high range @ $150 for one hour job but the same day and high quality service was worth it! You get what you pay for. Thanks again! I'll be sure to contact Perfection Plumbing for my future plumbing issues.

Called for service. There was a delay in response. Called following day and came by three days later. Came to house and made recommendation for needed service. We set an appointment for the following week. He never showed up or returned numerous calls.
