This company is straight shit. Rude unprofessional don't know what they fuck they are doing. I had another place come in and look at my water heater trouble shot and replaced it all the same day. These idiots took 2 weeks to do all that. Save your money and time. Stay away from this company. Their value is horse shit.

My homeowners insurance threatened to cancel my insurance if I did not install water peril mitigation devices and replace my 12 year old water heater. As homeowners insurance is hard to get right now and I have had the same company for 22 years I was concerned.
I called two licensed plumbers and got two estimates. Hector sent his plumber Isaac out and he was very courteous and professional. Perfection Plumbing came in at a much lower price than Scott McCleod Plumbing.
I authorized the installation of a new Moen Flo device, water pressure regulator, and a new 50 gallon gas water heater.
Issac did a professional job, hauled away the old stuff, and left everything clean.
I highly recommend Perfection Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs!

This is business is unprofessional they don't return calls. If I could I would give them zero stars

My house wasn't getting hot water. I had called a different plumbing service and they told me I needed a new water heater and other things. They gave me an a few estimates which were between the $5,000 to $16,000 range! My home warranty provided me with this company, and Miguel was here within the hour and fixed the water heater!! Miguel is very friendly, professional, and amazing! Thank you Miguel for the excellent and honest service!

Was sent out by my home warranty company, they cut a hole in my garage ceiling then said they couldn't repair it the same day and someone else would be in touch to schedule a follow up appointment. Never heard from anyone and the service call was marked as completed to my home warranty company. This is one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with. I really recommend you avoid them at all costs. I will also be filing a complaint with my home warranty company to get them removed as a service provider.

Do yourself a favor and AVOID perfection plumbing at all costs. Please read the other 1-star reviews on here. They are all true! Hector is extremely unprofessional, rude, hostile, and unsympathetic. His last words to me where ""Lose my number"" when I was on the phone with him. They will not do the job right and will run away when they commit a mistake, leaving the homeowner to deal with the damage.
I was placed with Perfection plumbing thru my home warranty, American Home Shield. I would have never hired them myself. It was a simple water heater and pressure regulator replacement. The out-of-pocket cost was more than I expected but since the wife and kids had only cold water to shower with, I decided to move forward. In retrospect, this was one of the greatest mistakes I have made as an adult.
The plumber shows up and isolates the water to the house at the main water line. Proceeds to unhook the water hose to the water heater and starts draining the water heater. He then goes to work on the pressure regulator while the water heater drains. So far so good, typical plumber procedure.
Then, inexplicably, he goes to turn the main water line on. The disconnected water heater hose starts gushing water everywhere!!! I am in my home office as I work from home some days. I am in a meeting, and I hear a lot of noise coming from the laundry room. By the time I excuse myself to check it out, there is water (several inches high) flowing out the laundry room and running down my hallway. I have laminate flooring and most people know that water and laminate flooring do not mix well. I start yelling for the plumber, who is outside at the main water line clueless to the flooding that is happening in the house. I run outside and tell him what is happening, and he finally closes the main water line again.
I do not know what he does next, but I run back into the house and grab every bath towel I have available to clean the water mess. The longer the water sits there, the more water damage there will be. I spend an hour continuously trying to dry everything by gathering 20 soaked towels, wringing them out, and soaking them again. In the meanwhile, the plumber is on the phone (presumably with Hector), trying to find out their next move.
In typical Perfection Plumbing fashion, the plumber reconnects my existing faulty water heater and pressure regular and leaves. Nothing was replaced and all I got was a flooded house. I speak to Hector and told him that at the minimum, the towels need to be replaced and the service completed. I was not even addressing the potential water damage to the home or the rest of the day off of work that I took because of the situation.
Hector became aggressive on the phone and refused to take care of anything. That is when the conversation concluded with him saying ""Lose my number"" and hung up. Well, I hope everyone loses his number, especially those thinking about dialing it for the first time. You will be disappointed. I am going to get a 3rd party to assess the damages and consider filing a claim. I am not sure how anyone can be a licensed plumber providing this kind of service. Bad customer service is one thing, flooding a home and leaving it worse than you found it is absurd.

This is the only company I trust with my plumbing issues. I've been a customer for a few years and always had great service.

Did a great job on removing the clog, had another guy coming before him and they could not get the job done.
Hector had the right tools, will use him again

We needed someone to come out to repair our pools autofill line that another contractor had broken while installing turf in our backyard. Perfection Plumbing came out during the busy 4th of July weekend and fixed our problem and did not charge us a lot! We definitely will use them again if we have any plumbing issues.

this place is definitely shady!!!! stay away!!!
my landlord found them on google
and referred them to fix my water running toilet which was costing me a lot of money every month... the technician gets to my place ,and right away i could tell his people person skills are beyond horrible!!
but hey, i just want my toilet fixed!!! i showed him all of my toilets 2 of them needed work as well.. as soon as he seen my toilet he says i need a new toilet, the toilet is only a year old!!! ok isaid let's just fix my leaking one... this guy replaced what i will call the pump ( im not a plumber) in less than 10 min.... i didn't see any water running at that moment..he left.. then i noticed later that every 5 - 7 min the toilet runs ??? i called they came right out the nxt day only to tell me i needed another part and i would have to pay another $130 on top of the $105 i just spent for him to put on a $20 pump... these fools are crooks!!!
i should've followed my first mind and sent the guy home just from his demeanor!!!
i need a technician that will properly diagnose the problem, not scam me out of money!!!
