We needed someone to come out to repair our pools autofill line that another contractor had broken while installing turf in our backyard. Perfection Plumbing came out during the busy 4th of July weekend and fixed our problem and did not charge us a lot! We definitely will use them again if we have any plumbing issues.

this place is definitely shady!!!! stay away!!!
my landlord found them on google
and referred them to fix my water running toilet which was costing me a lot of money every month... the technician gets to my place ,and right away i could tell his people person skills are beyond horrible!!
but hey, i just want my toilet fixed!!! i showed him all of my toilets 2 of them needed work as well.. as soon as he seen my toilet he says i need a new toilet, the toilet is only a year old!!! ok isaid let's just fix my leaking one... this guy replaced what i will call the pump ( im not a plumber) in less than 10 min.... i didn't see any water running at that moment..he left.. then i noticed later that every 5 - 7 min the toilet runs ??? i called they came right out the nxt day only to tell me i needed another part and i would have to pay another $130 on top of the $105 i just spent for him to put on a $20 pump... these fools are crooks!!!
i should've followed my first mind and sent the guy home just from his demeanor!!!
i need a technician that will properly diagnose the problem, not scam me out of money!!!

Stay away from this company!!! They are shady!! I had to go through them for a warranty I have with sears! They came out to fix my water heater and the young gentleman fixed it and cut a rubber around the copper wire. My water heater went out again and the gas company came out and RED tagged the cut and said they shouldn't fix it with this being broken. The young man came out again and said he had cut it and now they said they won't cover it, pretty much I'm out of luck. This was on them and it was not my problem ! Now they don't want to cover it! I plan on reporting them to BBB!

Unfortunately, I had a fairly negative experience with this company. American home Shield assigned my call to this company. The technician was fairly curt and not very polite he did not clean up well after himself either. The technician did not inform me that there was mold up in the space where he was working. When the drywall company came to patch the hole they stopped and said we can't do anything because you have mold and you have to do mold mediation: Cut out the moldy drywall, treat the whole area with fungicide and tent the area while working so no mold goes flying around the house. They informed me that black mold is not good to be breathing in that hole was open my kitchen and my whole family was potentially breathing it for weeks. My little dog has been coughing and having symptoms and I have had a ""cold"" for over a month and I think this is the cause. I understand that plumbers are not restoration experts but, if they see drywall mold, they should at the very least inform the customer to get a mold company out. He told us we had a cracked shower pan and the whole thing needs to be replaced and gave us a quote of about $900. Of course this is not covered by the home warranty. We decided to get a second quote and another plumber came out and said it was the shower drain and fixed it for about $300. So these guys are not honest. I also called the company and spoke to a manager to register my complaint about the technician not cleaning up after self for informing me that there was mold and he really wasn't too interested or concerned. Go elsewhere and steer clear of this company.

I called Hector in the afternoon and he had someone there that day. He fixed the leak at a fair price, even given the tight quarters where the drain was leaking.

Anything but perfect.
We had them come out to fix a leaky toilet at our rental property. They replaced the wax seal and discovered the toilet was wobbling, but did not bother to inform us (since we don't live at that house). They charged us $125 and didn't take the time to properly fix the cause.
I called Hector and asked why they didn't bother calling us to inform us about the existing problem. He didn't have a good answer, but said they would come out and charge us another $225 to fix it.
I am not going to give them any more money when they don't even take pride in their work to do the job right to begin with.

Home warranty company sent this company out to look at my garbage disposal. They not only arrived on time, but they also diagnosed the problem. When they returned with the parts and a different technician, they were again timely, friendly, and efficient at what they did. It was great service, communication, and knowledge all around. I will call or request them for any plumbing issue.

Had a stink in my house for at least a year. Isaac showed up to power clean the sewer due to possible tree root causing blockage. Isaac told me he could do the $300 job but didn't think it would solve the problem. He walked through the entire house and checked each drain. We listened for water running though everything. He told me about traps under each drain and how they can dry out if they are NOT used. Well, heck, I hadn't used the tub in over a year! Ran water into each drain. No stink so far today. Isaac told me he had been in business 27 years and did not want to ""just take my money"". He didn't. Isn't every day a plumber walks into a house and not only does not Take Your Money - but fixes the problem as well. Highly recommending these guys to all my neighbors who are always on the lookout for someone honest. Thank you Isaac for fixing my stink!

We was referred to Perfection Plumbing and drain after we had an issue with another local plumbing company wouldn't return our calls. They arranged to meet us on Monday when it was currently Saturday night. On Sunday I got a call asking if we would be able to meet a day early since they if had an opening. I said that was fine and less then an hour I got a call from a guy names Joel who said he will be at my house in 15 Min. I was still on the other side of town but he waited for us without complaining (yes I am surprised).

He introduced himself again in person and asked what our plumbing issues was. He had to cut a small hole in our ceiling to find the cause of our leak. He found it in a matter of a few min and assured us it would be an easy fix. So to make a long story short he had it fixed in less then an hour and even cleaned up his mess. I would recommend Perfection plumbing and Drain to anyone and I look forward to using them again soon for a few other plumbing issues.

I had a water heater that wouldn't stay lit, forcing my family to take cold showers on Tuesday night. I called my property management company in the morning and received a call from Hector at Perfection Plumbing within an hour. Hector was very nice and worked with me to find a time that would impact my work day the least. He told me that the tech would be at my home by 1-1:30. The tech was actually at my home by 1:03. He was a very nice young man who answered all of my questions and troubleshot my water heater quickly and efficiently. It turned out that a little copper wire was the culprit. He had it replaced within 15 minutes, filled out the paperwork for me, and was gone by 1:30. This was a completely painless process and I greatly appreciate Perfection's Perfect Customer Service.
