Had a stink in my house for at least a year. Isaac showed up to power clean the sewer due to possible tree root causing blockage. Isaac told me he could do the $300 job but didn't think it would solve the problem. He walked through the entire house and checked each drain. We listened for water running though everything. He told me about traps under each drain and how they can dry out if they are NOT used. Well, heck, I hadn't used the tub in over a year! Ran water into each drain. No stink so far today. Isaac told me he had been in business 27 years and did not want to ""just take my money"". He didn't. Isn't every day a plumber walks into a house and not only does not Take Your Money - but fixes the problem as well. Highly recommending these guys to all my neighbors who are always on the lookout for someone honest. Thank you Isaac for fixing my stink!

We was referred to Perfection Plumbing and drain after we had an issue with another local plumbing company wouldn't return our calls. They arranged to meet us on Monday when it was currently Saturday night. On Sunday I got a call asking if we would be able to meet a day early since they if had an opening. I said that was fine and less then an hour I got a call from a guy names Joel who said he will be at my house in 15 Min. I was still on the other side of town but he waited for us without complaining (yes I am surprised).

He introduced himself again in person and asked what our plumbing issues was. He had to cut a small hole in our ceiling to find the cause of our leak. He found it in a matter of a few min and assured us it would be an easy fix. So to make a long story short he had it fixed in less then an hour and even cleaned up his mess. I would recommend Perfection plumbing and Drain to anyone and I look forward to using them again soon for a few other plumbing issues.

I had a water heater that wouldn't stay lit, forcing my family to take cold showers on Tuesday night. I called my property management company in the morning and received a call from Hector at Perfection Plumbing within an hour. Hector was very nice and worked with me to find a time that would impact my work day the least. He told me that the tech would be at my home by 1-1:30. The tech was actually at my home by 1:03. He was a very nice young man who answered all of my questions and troubleshot my water heater quickly and efficiently. It turned out that a little copper wire was the culprit. He had it replaced within 15 minutes, filled out the paperwork for me, and was gone by 1:30. This was a completely painless process and I greatly appreciate Perfection's Perfect Customer Service.

Home warranty company sent us this company to find and repair a leak that the water company made us aware of. We know nothing about plumbing other than the bill we get for it every month! The man they sent was incredibly lathargic about finding the problem. The first thing he asked was if we had the 65 dollars...why yes we do, do you have the answers we need as to where the leak is? The unnamed man, because he did not introduce himself, sighed and shrugged every time he had to actually get down to the root of the problem. Finally, he determined that the leak was from faulty equipment in the upstairs bathroom toilet so he said he would replace that. My husband also told him of the long fill time on the downstairs toilet. He literally, without missing a step on his way up my stairs, said ""that's not in the work order."" My husband told him ""No, the work order said to identify the location or leak/leaks on the property. He said ""I did identify the problem...then asked ""why you always get mad at us?"". Seriously? Nobody was mad...we were simply asking so they didn't have to be called out a second time!!! My husband became irritated with him and told him how unprofessional and rude he was being and that he could take his business elsewhere and we would not be paying him. I really wish the home warranty company would hire contractors that have good reputations and actual customer service skills. What a terrible experience. I would never, not in the midst of the poop clog of the century, recommend this subpar company.

The water heater at my daughters rental home started leaking on Wednesday night and we needed to have it replaced. I've never had to call a plumber before for this kind of thing so I called a few friends and got referrals.
Placed a call to Perfection Plumbing early Thursday morning and they said they could have someone out by noon. They showed up as scheduled and gave me a VERY reasonable quote for the work, I gave them the okay and they started right then and there and had the new water heater installed and working in no time!!
Great customer service, honest and very reliable.

Dishonest!!!!!!
We had 2 inch shower drain pipe come loose in upstairs shower and flooded our kitchen. We had just moved in to our new home and the relator had purchased us a 1 year home Warranty for $895 from American Home Shield. They contracted with Perfection Plumbing and they came out for a $75 co-pay. Upon inspection they said it would be $495 to repair the drain pipe that came loose and he would have to come back another day because he had to special order the part. I told him not to return as the drain pipe and coupling was a regular PVC item that could be purchased from Home Depot for $8 for both the pip & coupling. I had it repaired myself in 10 min. The plumber reported to American Home Shield that the issue was a water pressure issue due to house being vacant. This is untrue as a drain pipe does not have any pressure to it. In any case, I found this company to be very dishonest by the fact that he stated the pipe had to be special ordered, and that it would cost $495 to repair when it was the simplest of repairs of just a 18 in PVC drain pipe and coupling - total cost $8. They appeared to be trying to take advantage of the situation. Very disappointed that people like this are still in business in this day and age. Hopefully they will change their ways. In the mean time, there are many honest plumbers out there to be had in Murrieta. Winder Plumbing is one of those company's and they have been very upfront, responsive and honest. We had a slab leak which turned out to be very complicated because it is a very large house.
Joel was our tech and he was very good at finding the leak and verifying the routing of the existing pipes and explaining to us the options re re-routing etc.
Joel was working on our job for a little more than a week and was always very professional and very good about explaining what he needed to do and why
We will definitely request Joel again if we have need in the future

Mr. Miguel Reveles is awesome. I literally had a crappy day. Two toilets clogged and overflowed. The plumber that was sent by the home warranty company came and was apparently in a rush. It was weird and awkward. Miguel came to save the day!!! He was very professional, and he took his time to explain every step of the way. He was very mindful of my carpet, put booties on and worked very neat. I suck at writing, but he was a very bright spot in a horrible crap filled day. I appreciate that. Thanks for reading.
