Home Choice Warranty sent Perfection Plumbing ..john he say is his name. WORST SERVICE ever request the Rotor Rooter machine at innial contact. He not wanting to work he using hand held. Trued to tell me its a root five ft in... Telling him need rooter rooter fir length and power or he need to push on cird...constant arguement, refuse ti go to truck for roter rooter. FINALLY threat to call office, he get machine out, 3-4 mins problem solved. Tried to report he lied said me minister cursed him out...I have tape of visit ..boom he didn't know that. Perfection fix that weak link, they were good company b 4 him. I think a buddy was used to contact me for report on him.
Cuz he defended him prio to my info even being given.
ATTENTION OWNER 1 BAD APPLE CAN COST CONTRACTS WITH CO LIKE HOME WARRANTY THAT USE YOU GREATLY.

Robert did a great job. Gave an estimate and able to come out next day. Nice, fast and friendly. I would definitely recommend this plumbing company or if needed call again for plumbing in the future. Call him for a quote, they do great work and customer service.

Rob took our money and did nothing. He does not follow up well. We trusted him to unclog our drains while we were gone but he failed to remove the tree roots we asked him to and raised the price from $200 as agreed to $250. He essentially took our money for simply showing up. We got no details as to what he did or what he found on the receipt I emailed him and called him several times but he has never answered. Bewareof this guy. We have dealt with him at least 5 times and he has most of the time changed what he said, went back on his word, or performed undetailed work.

I don't understand this guy. I had him over to fix a few things a year back and he was prompt, nice, and helpful.
Jump forward to this month...I scheduled an appointment two weeks ago and he didn't show up or give a courtesy call to let me know an emergency came up. I was understanding cause I've experienced similar horrors, and he called me a day later after I left a voice message. I felt bad, but then he says he will call to reschedule on a set day. I waited three days and left another voice message. It's been two weeks now since my initial appointment and I have yet to get a call back. I don't know what happened, but even when I had an emergency out of state I called my customers back, because running a business is a responsibility. Based off of other reviews, he has a very bad habit of doing this. It's not a good way to keep clients.

Edit: He still hasn't called me back. Good thing I stopped waiting a week ago and got a reliable plumber out here. Yikes!

I used Perfection Plumbing about two weeks ago. I was calling around to find plumbers with an issue I had. Robert was the only one that returned my call and was able to come after 5pm. He came out and checked the problem. Robert is very knowledgeable he knew right away what needed to be done. We are super happy with his work and let me tell you he is super clean. He left us no mess was very organized and honest. I highly recommend Perfection Plumbing!

I can't say enough about the professionalism and promptness of this company. I would highly recommend using this company for any plumbing needs that you may have. I had electric water heater put in to a very tight closet space in my condominium and he is able to get it done without any difficulties.

I called Perfection for a disabled neighbor who screws up big projects on a regular basis. The price was more than fair. The neighbor had Robert complete some other jobs at the same time. My neighbor was so pleased, I asked Robert to give me some prices on modifications I'd like completed in the future. I will be recommending Perfection to anyone looking for quality plumbing at a reasonable price.
