I called Perfection for a disabled neighbor who screws up big projects on a regular basis. The price was more than fair. The neighbor had Robert complete some other jobs at the same time. My neighbor was so pleased, I asked Robert to give me some prices on modifications I'd like completed in the future. I don't know about you but to me a quality business starts with honesty. If honesty is something that you value, then Robert and his company Perfection Plumbing exceeds this expectation. Honesty is priceless and important, especially in times of need and desperation. Plumbing emergencies are times of need and desperation for people like me who do not have a handy bone in their body. Unfortunately, these are circumstances where some people can be taken advantage of. Luckily there are honest, skilled, and hard working people like Robert. I can appreciate a man of Robert's character who establishes trust and confidence with his customers. He is respectful and extremely competent when it comes to plumbing matters. Robert showed up on time and was very polite. I had a bad leak into my garage due to a water heater needing replacement. He replaced it confidently and made adjustments with the pipe fittings without hesitation. I am a homeowner and I'm very glad to establish rapport with a plumber who will now be my go to and my first and probably only recommendation to my friends and colleagues when it comes to plumbing needs. Not to mention his prices are extremely reasonable and blows quotes from big name competition and many others out of the water all while providing quality that exceeds or up to par with other plumbers. Thank you Robert for your assistance and for saving the day. As a healthcare leader myself who is responsible for evaluating the quality of care that employees deliver to patients, you know a hard working work ethic when you see it...Robert embodies this. Any other negative review regarding this company does not seem credible and it's my belief that that reviewer was probably having a bad day whose experience is completely inconsistent with the great service that I received.

I had an emergency in my house at 3 in the morning the pipes broke there was water everywhere, I called these guys and they had excellent costumer service ! Came as soon as they could and fix the problem really fast , thank you perfection plumbing!

Robert had me send pictures of my (minor) plumbing leak (sink faucet and toilet) to his phone Wednesday night and came the Friday morning. He took things apart (discovering an additional problem under the sink) and went shopping for parts, returned and fixed both leaks for $240. I was very pleased.

I originally gave perfection plumbing their first five star rating, but I called them the other day and they broke 2 promises to do my plumbing. Not even a call after the second broken promise. I referred them to many people, but never again. I think they forgot how they got their five star rating.

So last Wednesday night as I did up the dishes I noticed ""this water is not hot at all"" off to the outside access water heater to find ""EL leako del Tanko"" . The next day at 10am I made 1 call to Perfection Plumbing, emailed him 4 pictures I took the night before and by 12pm. Robert was there, turning wrenches and removing the old Tank, then he quickly prepped the area and by 1:50pm we were shaking hands as I thanked him for doing exactly what he said he would. Then he was off in his van to save the day for the next guy.

So let's recap...... Super FAST. Very fair priced, neat and clean work.

I was going to give this business a 5 star review for arriving promptly when we had an issue with our toilet. Unfortunately no one told me the issue had already been solved. I felt really bad for having him come all the way out here for nothing, and then he made me feel even worse. As if it were my fault that someone told me we needed a plumber but then failed to mention that we didn't. Had a bad attitude about the whole situation and told me I could make it up to him by leaving a review on yelp. So here it is. Would have been five stars if he wasn't a jerk.
