we just moved into our home 2 weeks ago and had a plumbing problem so called our home protection plane they sent out this plumbing company the plumber came out and before even trying to clear the drains he looked at the main clean out and told us it was in all wrong and that is we paid him CASH he would redo the whole thing not knowing any better we went ahead and had the work done I took picture's throughout the whole repair, after that was done we still have a tub plugged up he now say's it's a different problem but couldn't clear it said he would have to come back today! I feel he did not know what he was doing and just ripped us off for $1300.00 I would never use this company again!

Very professional, fast, clean, and honest. When I called I explained I had multiple plumbing issues at my house and was worried I was going to get over charged. I had two toilets not flushing, high water pressure and a leak under the kitchen sink. I was able to get all the work done within my budget and Hector took care of everything the same day. He did not leave a mess and took the time to show me preventative maintenance. I highly recommend Hector to my neighbors.

I had Perfection plumbing come to our house thanks to Old Rep Home Warranty. The rep from Perfection gave us a quote of 18 hundred for fixing a leak on a kitchen drain. The rep was not able to get under the crawl space to actually see the leak but he also estimated that the leak has been there for more than a year. Old Rep disallowed the claim and did not pay for it.
I bought an overall and I was able to see the leak. I bought the parts need to fix it (I spent about 30 bucks), and the leak is now gone. I will NOT recommend this company to anybody.

Perfection Plumbing of Temecula is not really a 24/7 outfit. My water heater, which was installed by the company only lasted one month short of 4 years on a 6 year warranty when it leaks. Called Perfection Plumbing. After 3 messages left, someone returned my call. The leak was discovered at 9 p.m. on a Saturday, and the returned call told me that he could only come on Tuesday. With the 3 phone calls, I also followed up with an e-mail. The e-mail reply said that someone could come and evaluate my water heater on Monday. So where is the 24/7 service? I called VIP plumbing and someone answered the call right away. That plumber arrived at 8 a.m. on Saturday, and even took care of the water heater warranty. Now that is indeed really 24/7 service.

I needed a water heater replaced on Condo that I have as a rental. I call the management company I used to rent the property and they recommended Perfection Plumbing. The guy showed up on time and replaced the unit as expected. The work was good but I feel Like I was gouged by this company. The cost of the repair was about $100 higher than quotes I checked after the work was done. I was in a hurry to get it done and the management company recommended them but I believe they were over priced or took advantage of the situation. I tried obtain information from the plumber about the unit after the install so I could submit a rebate form to gas company. I needed a receipt and serial number and he just keep putting me off. Offering advice about the rebate that was inaccurate. Overall negative experience dealing with this company
