Finally I found the most reliable, responsive, dependable, and honest heating/plumbing group in the area. Sean is great, really knows his stuff, including the complicated tankless unit I have (and even had the part in the truck). Can't get any better than Sean and now I can finally stop worrying about who to call - so spreading the good word. Thanks Sean/Perfect Temperature.

Sean, just like many of these excellent reviews state, was there for us. We thought it would be a horrible situation with our Goodman furnace in our new home. We expected the worst. When he arrived, we received the best news - a silly valve had been mistakenly turned off. Sean switched it on for us, and the furnace kicked on. He also showed us a few tips on how to use the vents for we were unfamiliar with the heating system. We WILL use him again if our Goodman furnace needs more help.

Perfect temperature installed my central air 15 years ago and has been inspecting it every year as well as my furnace. They change the filters yearly for my water purification system.Sean and Fred are friendly , courteous, and proffesional. Their prices are reasonable and they always come when scheduled. Over the years we have developed a rapport and I actually look forward to seeing them for our scheduled maintenances.

Sean M has done great work at a very reasonable price. He has installed central AC in our first home... he has also installed ductless heat pump in our new home. Both came out very well. Sean was very courteous and answered all of our questions.

I'd give less than 1 star if that were an option. Both parners, Fred and Sean, came to my home to look over my heating/cooling system. Fred came up with a $ amount off the top of his head and then took weeks to send me an invoice. The invoice he sent was super generic and he avoided sending me an itemized invoice despite several requests. He then wanted to push to start on a day in May, though Fred didn't have the proper permits or licenses in place to do work in Westchester, where I live. These people are totally unprofessional. I'm glad I didn't give him any $, but I wish I'd read the reviewd before even having these people come to my home. DON'T BOTHER!

They installed my tankless hot water heater/furnace in October 2013. They were kind, courteous, and professional. They did an excellent job and even assisted me with another plumbing issue I had unrelated to their installation. In February 2015 I had an issue with the unit (on a weekend ) and Sean M. came the same day to resolve the problem. I would highly recommend Sean and his team at Perfect Temperature.
