Sean, just like many of these excellent reviews state, was there for us. We thought it would be a horrible situation with our Goodman furnace in our new home. We expected the worst. When he arrived, we received the best news - a silly valve had been mistakenly turned off. Sean switched it on for us, and the furnace kicked on. He also showed us a few tips on how to use the vents for we were unfamiliar with the heating system. We WILL use him again if our Goodman furnace needs more help.

Sean was prompt and showed up when he said he would. He was able to find the part needed to repair my boiler and fix it even though it was an older unit. Everything is working well and we were happy with the service.

Perfect temperature installed my central air 15 years ago and has been inspecting it every year as well as my furnace. They change the filters yearly for my water purification system.Sean and Fred are friendly , courteous, and proffesional. Their prices are reasonable and they always come when scheduled. Over the years we have developed a rapport and I actually look forward to seeing them for our scheduled maintenances.

Sean M has done great work at a very reasonable price. He has installed central AC in our first home... he has also installed ductless heat pump in our new home. Both came out very well. Sean was very courteous and answered all of our questions.

I'd give less than 1 star if that were an option. Both parners, Fred and Sean, came to my home to look over my heating/cooling system. Fred came up with a $ amount off the top of his head and then took weeks to send me an invoice. The invoice he sent was super generic and he avoided sending me an itemized invoice despite several requests. He then wanted to push to start on a day in May, though Fred didn't have the proper permits or licenses in place to do work in Westchester, where I live. These people are totally unprofessional. I'm glad I didn't give him any $, but I wish I'd read the reviewd before even having these people come to my home. DON'T BOTHER!

They installed my tankless hot water heater/furnace in October 2013. They were kind, courteous, and professional. They did an excellent job and even assisted me with another plumbing issue I had unrelated to their installation. In February 2015 I had an issue with the unit (on a weekend ) and Sean M. came the same day to resolve the problem. I would highly recommend Sean and his team at Perfect Temperature.

The co-owner of the company named Fred is a thief and a con-artist. He did come the day I called which was the middle of January when my heat all of a sudden stopped working. However, he charged me $486.29 for a new main control board and he claimed that this part was very costly and that he didn't make much money off of it. I paid the bill and was thankful my heat was working. I later priced out the exact same part on amazon for $80-$100. I then spoke to him numerous times and he told me that it was an oversight and that he would mail me a check in the mail. After numerous phone calls and text messages going back and forth, I have yet to receive any refund 8 months later! I have never bad mouthed any company before and I am truly upset with what he did to me. I used his company numerous times in the past and then even installed a new central air conditioning unit in my home 8 years ago. Every year since Fred has come to my house to add more freon but never found a leak. I had a different company come this summer (day heating and cooling) and they found numerous issues with the air conditioning install starting with no pan being installed under the unit in case the unit leaked! I am sick to my stomach about Perfect Temperature and can't wait to tell everyone I know about how much of a scammer he is. Hope this bad review was worth $400 to you Fred! More bad reviews to come from other sites shortly!!
