Great experience overall, the owner of the business came out with a second guy and the customer service was great. He also hooked us up with some free work which is always welcome considering my wife's due in a few weeks with our first. Overall they were great people with great service.

this company is horrible set up a appointment for them to come out for tankless water heater keep rescheduling appointment and never came out sent info to him and he would respond. just contact back to reschedule did this three times. they rescheduled 10 mins before appointment time. he had bad dialogue on phone. over all unprofessional as well as bad business don't use them. go some where else. horrible company (red flag).

Daniel did some work for us but then became extremely unreliable and unprofessional. He failed to show up several times causing many problems. Really flakey. My wife had to go to his place to get back some parts that he was supposed to get welded --- but never did -- after three weeks of promises.

He's got problems. Watch out.

We were working on a big project doing a remodel breaking up concrete then he asked if I could finance a U-Haul so that he could haul the debris away. He ran off with the U-haul and ran the bill up to about $500 and left the U-Haul in front of his house I had to go back to retrieve it and the bank left me with a bill on the added non-payment for a U-Haul full of concrete it was ridiculous and caused me a lot of grief. I will never trust this company again to do any kind of remodel work or Plumbing work. They're looking for money and any freebies so watch out you have been warned.

I called because I had an urgent problem with my toilet it just started flooding out of no where. I was really stressed because I didn't know why this was happening and it came out of no where. Daniel arrived with in a short 45 minutes with and fixed it with a snake tool. I was so relived that this stress was over because I had things to do and wasn't expecting this problem right before my shift. Apparently my daughter had been putting feminine products down the toilet. Since Daniel fixed it I've haven't had any issues with this toilet. I would definitely recommend this business if you want speedy thrall service.

First of all, being new to this area I actually have had a hard time finding and trusting someone to come into my personal space and be genuine...then I found Daniel was/is informative, flexible and willing to listen to my concerns as a first time independent business woman.
Daniel was knowledgeable, efficient and shared the most efficient way to save money with the appropriate unit for my space.
He also offered two follow up visits within the next 90 days if at anytime I wasn't content with the Rheem brand.
It's been over 45 days and I haven't needed him because it's close to perfect...so I have has him do consultations and bids for one neighborhood and my cousin. Both are scheduling installations for May.
Love how taking chances to improve the quality of my life turned skepticism into confidence and being more self sufficient created strength.
It's worth the call!

He was very friendly and was able to get the work done right away. However, I made the mistake of not asking what he charged on the phone assuming that it would be in the neighborhood of what other plumbers charge I thought of $100 per hour. He worked almost two hours and I paid him nearly $500 or $250 per hour! I was quite shocked.

A couple of days later my tenants asked me to come over to look at the toilet. Apparently it was swinging from side to side. It wasn't bolted down. Again I was shocked. For the amount of money I paid which was almost $500 I would expect a professional job. But I got an amateur job for a professional amount of money. Fortunately Daniel came and rectified the situation. But I would not hire him again and I advise you not to either

Our kitchen sink got clogged on New Years Eve, texted Daniel and got a response super quick! Daniel came to the rescue within 15 minutes. I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs, very professional and affordable too! I hope I won't have to call him anytime soon, but he's definitely earned my trust and made sure to save his number for future references.
