We had a problem with the sewer line u-trap. Called on a Saturday and he promised to come within one hour. He arrived promptly, as promised. Professional, clean, quickly fixed the problem. Reasonable prices. You really couldn't ask for better service. Five start and highly recommended!

simple words to describe this guy. I was advised by a different sewer service that my kitchen sink clog was very complicated and needed a lot of attention due to the unknown structure of pipes inside the walls of a 19 apartment building. This service person actually recommended I call David. He said David was the end-all Master servicer. After speaking to David over the phone, he confidently told me not to worry and he would take care of it. David came over and did admit this was a little tricky. True to his word, he got the clog within 1/2 hour. Water was draining faster than Hurricane Ida.
This is my guy to call. I am confident he can handle any types of drain issues: commercial, residential, large or small!

I have an 8 family apartment building, after having rain all day
the gutter drain and the main sewer pit in cellar backed up and started to rise to flood basement, this started after 8pm, if I waited till morning
basement would be flooded , took a chance and called Perfect sewer and
spoke to David, he was on site in about an hour and did the job in a very
professional manner with all the latest equipment for the job and gave a
very fair price. I will use him again and will highly recommend this company.

South Slope Brooklyn: Had a blocked sink drain, called on a Saturday afternoon, David answered the phone right away, and called back again within a few minutes to get my address. He came by within an hour as he said he would, and did a great careful job. He disassembled the pipes under the sink, snaked the drain clean, reassembled everything, and cleaned up afterward. The rate was reasonable. He's a really nice guy, very polite, and knows what he is doing!

I had a major blockage in my bathtub drain on Saturday night. Called my regular guy and he couldn't do it, because it was so bad. He gave me a number for the Perfect Sewer and those guys came even though it was late already and fixed it for a very reasonable price. Great company, I highly recommend them.

I called this morning on the advice of a sewer technician from another company who had come to snake out my drain as a preventative measure. The tech thought I might need further service in the form of hydro cleaning or air cleaning. He suggested I call several companies to have them come look and give me estimates.
I noticed the good reviews of Perfect Sewer & Drain, here in Brooklyn, so I gave them a call. I immediately got to speak to a live person who told me that David would call me back in about an hour, and he did. We talked about my concerns and he scheduled to come out this afternoon, promising to call before he came. Within a couple of hours, I received a call and David said he would be here in about 15 minutes. He was promptly at my front door in about 15 minutes.
He examined my sewer and the bathroom that was emitting a strange smell and, without charge or trying to sell me anything, he showed me that the toilet had some gaps in the caulk around the bottom. He thought I should re-caulk to see if that solved the smell problem and said if it didn't, I had his number.
Then, he examined my sewer lines and the caps that were not sealed well enough, and again, without charge, he suggested a very inexpensive fix for it. He thought I should try these things first. I was very appreciative for this kind advice. You don't often find someone who is just nice like that. Again, he said if I had any problems, I had his number.
I can assure you, I will keep his number and will definitely recommend him to friends. I happily wrote this review as soon as he left.

I had called to speak with another drain company whose first suggestion was a video of the line for a cost of $250.00. That was without even offering to come to my house to take a look. I might need a video in the future, but as for now, I'm delighted with the advice I received from Perfect Sewer and Drain!
