My kitchen sink waste disposal was old and had sprung a leak. I also had a new kitchen faucet to install so I got a bunch of estimates to do both at the same time. Perfect Rooter's estimate was fair. It landed in the middle of the all of the estimates I received so I chose them. Jose came the next morning. Great communication to inform me that he would be 10 mins late. Upon inspection, he noticed that the angle valves had some calcium buildup so recommended I replace them. The angle valves were the inferior screw in types instead of the brass ball quarter turn brass angle valves so I gave him the approval to replace those as well. One of the valves had 2 water outlets and no one had that part so he was only able to replace the one angle valve and install the new faucet and garbage disposal. He did a great job and left the work area nice and clean.

I had a blocked main line on a Saturday morning. I called at 7am and Jose came at 10AM. The initial snaking did not work, so we end up having to Hydro Jet the line. Jose explained everything and even used the camera to show the line was clear. I am happy with the prompt service.
