DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I was verbally assaulted by the receptionist! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I was referred by my home warranty company for plumbing service. The technician came out and told us we need a new water heater. He then failed to report his findings to the home warranty company, leaving us without hot water for an additional 7 days (we had already been without for 7 days before that). My home warranty company reached out and was finally able to get ahold of a not-so-nice receptionist who stated that ""parts were being ordered"". Parts?! We were told we needed a new water heater from the plumber. When I called her, she told me I was a fool, among other choice words, yelled abusive statements at me over the phone and then hung up. I am appalled. Whoever is currently the receptionist needs some training in customer service - I would NEVER allow someone like her to represent my company. One star is too many - STAY AWAY!!!!

This company is very unprofessional. If you did not want to perform work in Detroit, don't accept the job. To leave a customer without letting them know you were leaving when they had a serious backup problem is disgusting or racist. Shawn is a jerk and the company has jet to call and explain what happened. What a joke.

Bad customer service. They were assigned to me by a Home Warranty company on a Sunday which gives them 24 hours to schedule. They called 30 mins. on Monday before the time was up. Scheduled with me to be out between 12-3pm. I called at 2pm to make sure they were still coming out as I had taken the day off. The girl was rude and said ""Miss, someone will be out to your home today"". Plumber called at 4pm and said they would not be out and would need to schedule for the Tuesday or Wednesday. I guess I should have paid attention to their 2.5 rating on Yelp and not even scheduled with them.

Dishonest and RUDE, they lied to me and the Home Owner Warranty company.

They were throwing the Home Warranty Company under the bus saying they did not want to issue the PO to replace the equipment.

I have not had hot water for a week because of these guys. When I asked the lady on the phone I needed to talked to the supervisor she said she was the owners daughter yelled at me and hung up the phone...

The first time we dealt with Perfect Plumbing they were amazing. They were assigned to us by our home warranty company and came out to service our hot water heater. I left them a stellar review with the warranty company and told my husband we would use them again should we have any issues after the warranty policy was up.

The second time I had a problem, I filed the claim with the warranty company and was never called to schedule the appointment. 9 days after not hearing from them, I called them to schedule. The secretary wasn't in the office and said she would call me the next day. I didn't receive a call so I followed up with her. I had an appointment scheduled for 3/7/17, 2 weeks after my claim submission. The plumber didn't show up during my allotted window. I called and was told the plumber had a family emergency and had to leave work. Fair enough, I can accept that even though I didn't receive a phone call. Plumber was scheduled to show up between 1:00-3:00 on 3/8/17 and never showed up and didn't call. I canceled the claim with the warranty company and was assigned a new plumber, Certified Tech. LLC (who was prompt and great to deal with). Thank goodness I work from home, I would've been so upset if I had take TWO days off of work for this issue to not be resolved.

I get that they are located in Macomb and I live in Clarkson. I understand that I am probably not as big of a priority as most since I am being serviced through the home warranty company, but this is no excuse for poor customer service.

Used this company through my home warranty company. I would never use them again. Awful customer service. This company never answers the phone (any of the 3 numbers advertised). When they do answer the phone, they are rude and do not care to return phone calls.

Courteous on the phone, but there are significant problems with the information that's being politely exchanged. It took several calls to finally get an appointment made. Took day off of work, was told a technician would arrive between 9am and noon.

Called at 12:30. Asked if tech was coming, or if I should just go in to work instead. Was told he'd be there in 20 minutes.

Called again at 2:30. This time I was told the tech had called in sick that day, and they asked if I could reschedule. I said no (not wanting to lose another day of work) and was told that they'd have someone there before 4.

Nobody ever showed up. When I called back a third time, was told that my home was actually outside of the company's service area. This seems like something that should have come up BEFORE the appointment was made. My problem is not fixed and I wasted a day off of work. Not satisfied, obviously.

Chris and Justin came out on a claim of leaking drainage pipe into entry. They said we had to remove ceiling..We did and they returned and still couldn't find leak and weremoved more and I FOUND LEAK and they refused to fix it ! I would give them a ZERO! Completely incompetent.
