Was absolutely sure I needed a """"Hot Water Heater""""! Called Joe Bolobanic for emergency service, he came by the very next day. He mentioned the service switch was turned off since I had a previous installation 2 days before, that my water heater was ok. Needless to say how he impressed me with his honesty. No service was required at this time. I will be sure to call him for future plumbing necessities. Joe never charged me for a service call. If you are reading this Joe, it's no wonder you are a 5*****Star business. Thank you for expeditious response.

Joseph, and his assistant Juan, are fantastic! We originally hired Perfect Plumbing to install our new dishwasher. When Joseph summarized the installation he did, he told us he installed the dishwasher correctly and it's level, but the dishwasher door doesn't open/close the way it should because the surrounding cabinets are warped due to water damage. He told us the garbage disposal is leaking, and he also told us how to dry everything out. My husband replaced the garbage disposal, but when we did a load of laundry (in the adjacent area) the kitchen floor became flooded. So, we called Perfect Plumbing again. Joseph researched the situation and told us that he needs to replace the old piping (~64 years old). That means he has to cut out the wall in a few places to get to the pipes--behind the fridge is a hole about 5.5'x2', by the washing machine is a hole about 5""""x5"""", and under the sink is a hole about 4'x2'. He also created a new cleanout because the original cleanout is not very good. Joseph also installed a new waterline to go to our refrigerator. Before they left, Juan cleaned up everything very well. Joseph even removed the annoying remainder of the protective film that was stuck on the front of our new dishwasher door! Joseph is a very accomplished plumber and we would hire him again.

Watch out if you buy the Perfect Plumbing Groupon, -as once you contact the place, the Charges are increased by a $100, says $169, but they tell you our normal charge = $269- minus the Groupon so no savings, other Plumbers may charge less with out messing with dealing with Groupon.

It's 9:30 last night and my wife tells me the water in the toilet is gurgling and bubbling. I go take a look and there's 2 inches of contaminated toilet water in my shower. I immediately go on Yelp and look for the closest guy with the best rating. I call the company and this guy answers and said he can come out and do an emergency call but there is a $150 after hours charge which seemed reasonable to me. He was there within the hour. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a clog in my main line. He opened the clean-out on the side of my house and snaked the drain clean. He charged me an additional $350, which again seemed reasonable. He cleaned up and was gone by 11:00 PM. I can't tell you how impressed I was with Joe from Perfect Plumbing! I would use this guy again and again.

Perfect Plumbing is everything you look for in a plumber. I had a problem with my tankless hot water heater and he fixed it promptly and for a very fair price on a holiday weekend. Not only was he able to diagnose a relatively complex problem, but he was able to solve it creatively and comprehensively. I cannot recommend Perfect Plumbing highly enough.

This is an HONEST company that won't overcharge you. They fix what is broken and they are very pleasant about it. Both times my bill came in at just under the estimate.
