Great response from the good folks at Perfect Plumbing, Linthicum, Maryland. They responded quickly and professionally. The owner Josh actually came to the house each time we had a job for them, to do the assessment and give us a written estimate. Best of all, the prices were reasonable.
* They installed our tankless water heater.
* They installed a new stainless laundry sink in our basement.
* They installed a gas heater for our in-ground pool. This required several team members to work inside and outside the home. They dug quite a large hole in the side yard, to run the new piping to the house. They did all these jobs with minimal interference to our day-to-day life. They cleaned up beautifully each time putting everything back just the way we liked it. All of the staff, from the initial phone call, to the young men that performed all of the duties were professional, polite and very easy to work with.

Perfect Plumbing quoted me a price in November 2021. Due to weather issues, we had to postpone. We rescheduled for March. They ultimately told me they could no longer complete the job. I had to find another plumber and start over after 5 months.

After multiple visits requiring coordination with a neighbor to diagnose the cause of a leak, the owner of Perfect Plumbing decided not to do the job when I complained that he wanted to charge me extra for the 2nd trip out. He had the option to keep a repeat customer happy by not having the extra charge or to earn more by doing the work for the extra charge, but lose me as a customer in the future. Instead, he opted not to do the work at all, which came across as unprofessional and vengeful.

Like others I was ignored. I e-mailed the president back and he was a no show and then ignored my e-mails. I called the company a few business days later. She promised me someone would contact me that day (this was yesterday mid day). Sad thing is I am a repeat customer and they have a few great techs, but now that I have a major problem, where are they. They even provided an estimate and then stopped returning my calls and e-mails. Its a good thing, because their estimate of the work was wrong. It now appears its another issue, but either way, when you need a plumber for a big issue stay away from Perfect Plumbing.

Tried for 3 days to get them to come out for a quote. After no phobe calls back we had to chase them for a phone call, just to find out that they think our job was to big....
However they never came out to find out that the job wasn't big... so an other words is that they lie to customers! Warning don't use

my ceiling collapse from a leak and after it was opened up I called perfect plumber to find the leak....you could see where there was wet marks around the pipes to bathroom above but he said no that's not it....charged me 175 and said watch the ceiling.
3 weeks later a worker carpenter looked up at same spot and said it was the vanity on floor above based on same water stains I pointed out...guess what it was a slow leak under the vanity...not recommending perfect plumber again. now I may not be able to get my home all repaired by Turkey day. although polite I am upset.
