never ever use this company, stay away people. we have used R G homes to build our houses. they use perfect plumbing to do rough in work. they started out ok, until it failed the inspections, we have been trying to get a hold of them since oct 2023, almost 5 months passing by, my builder has tried and tried, they still havent show up. i dont know what it takes for these guys to fix these issues. i have been so patient with these guys, not mentioning how much interest i have been paying and all the delays that costs me. i have never put a review online. this is my first one. i want other people aware how terrible this company is, irresponsible to their customers

Called at 245 in the afternoon. Was NOT told I was speaking with an ANSWERING SERVICE.... At 245 pm... Was told that someone would be out. Called back at 555 pm. They are closed till Monday... Nope I'll find someone else.

This company is so amazing! Frank is so personable and professional! His son Junior and employee Tanner came over and did a prompt efficient installation of a new Water Heater!!
This rate is reasonable & more than fair especially during COVID-19 pandemic... A very smart company owner!!! Oh, gradual arrival updates!

My neighbor had a good experience with Perfect Plumbing so I tried them. In early Sept. they came right out after a call about my master shower control. They discovered they didn't have the needed parts for this Moen set up and said they had to order the parts. It is now Sept 25th, four weeks without a shower, and I have tried to contact the owner Frank at least four times for an update. They only have an answering service so you can't reach Frank unless he calls you back. Still waiting on NOT so Perfect Plumbing. You know I'm between a rock and a hard place because he will want me to pay for his time where nothing was fixed and any parts he has ordered so I can't get someone else. I suggested replacing the Moen parts with something else. I'm still hearing Crickets.

Our sump pump stopped working. Water was collecting in the basement. We called a variety of plumbers but Perfect Plumbing answered first. That's the ONLY reason they deserve a star. We were told that we had one sump pump stacked on top of another. Labor would cost $150 per hour. We were told that to properly fix the problem they'd have to lift the foundation and drill holes and, and, and. Ultimately, it would cost $10,000. We got a second opinion. It was a broken boot. It took 20 minutes to repair. It cost $200. I'll never call Perfect again. They could have just said they didn't want our business.

I've had several interactions with Perfect Plumbing over the last several years. Each time was sadly due to an urgent issue with my old home.

Every time I have needed their help they adapted their service schedule to help me out same-day they have always done good work for me, they're timely, efficient, and ethical in their practices. As a family run business I will always be reaching out to Perfect Plumbing First.

Stay away!!!! They came to my house to fix some plumbing issues and replace a faucet - and they really stuck it to me on the price. The price to replace the faucet alone was $250. I was quoted these prices when they came to the house, but being new to the area, I was naïve!!The work Perfect Plumbing did was fine, although they ended up breaking a pipe in the wall. I was expecting a call back that same day to schedule repairs the next day, and received nothing. That turned out to be a blessing from above!!
At this point we called Advantage Plumbing, and they were FANTASTIC!! When asked what they would have charged for the work done by Perfect Plumbing - it was so much less, I was floored and felt extremely taken!!! And based on the amount I paid Advantage Plumbing to fix the broken pipe, which they had to open up some of the wall to repair the damage - I believe it!!
Advantage Plumbing did a wonderful job at a great price - they are the plumbers we will be using in the future.

I have been using Perfect Plumbing for over 5 year's now. First on my home. Secondly in my business we use them as well. Probably had over 50+ Service calls and also many construction jobs with these guys. They have always been can I say ""Perfect""?? Seriously though they always show up when they say they will, I have never had a surprise invoice. The work is top notch and have yet to have a call back.. which is majorly impressive. They are always available whenever I need.
Start using them and they will be the only and last plumbing company you ever need

It was ridiculous service. I called on a Saturday and it took almost five hours for someone to show up. When they did, it was stated that it cost me $600 and they didn't even look at the problem. I asked it the fee was so high because it was the weekend and never really got an answer. I had a leaky outside faucet and the man didn't look at it and started talking about ripping out and replacing water lines. I said no thanks. I had another plumber come, it was just a leaky worn out gasket. It took the other plumber 20 minutes and less than $100.

15 mins of work. I was billed 218.56. I called Frank and asked for the explanation. I was told i was billed at his minimum rates $75/hour for 2 guys. While one guy was standing and looking at the other guy worked. I was told i would have been billed at the same rate if the work was just 5 min.
