Wow! So glad I found Jasen. Had one clogged toilet and another that wouldn't stop running all of a sudden. He came right in, fixed both, replaced some worn parts from his well-stocked truck, charged a very fair rate1 1/2 hour service call, tidied up, and jetted off to save someone else that day LOL! I'd gotten a quote from someone else who spent 10 mins in my home, told me it was a big job and that I'd need to rebuild the toilet and quoted me more than 5x what I actually paid. So glad to have found someone skilled and with integrity. Thanks Jasen!

a emergency came up with me accidentally flushing a valuable down the toilet, First person I thought of was Jasen, even though it was a 50/50 chance of retrieval. Jasen came to help on a Saturday and did all he could with cameras and taking the toilet off. what was even more awesome he placed my toilet back on properly, and professionally, He even placed new parts. His work is impeccable and His aloha is off the charts. Thank You Jasen your kindness is rare in these times.

Perfectly imperfect - Jasen was so angry for not charging me for that call I mentioned in the January post. He verbally abused me about it when he returned my call that it was time to fix the toilet. He never billed me - how am I supposed to know he feels he was owed for his time??? When he left all was fine between us. At the end of the call, he reverted back to his usual personality. Told me he'd be by at the end of the next week. Nope. Bu La'ia! Bye bye - never calling again.

Best plumber in Hawaii and wonderful human being! My wife and I have a Wailea property and Jason is our only go to plumbing contractor. I am a retired carpenter, general contractor and income property owner. Jason is one of the best plumbers I have known in my forty years of doing business. No problem big or small he cannot handle. I would give 10 stars if I could. Jason is prompt, reliable, easy to work with and knows his trade. He is skilled at his craft and has great integrity. You will be very happy with his work.
