So Perfect Plumbing installed two new water heaters in my home crawl space and reran gas and electrical lines almost 6 years ago. Fortunatley, my water heaters are under warranty for 6 years. Warranty covers the water heaters and the parts, so naturally I called to have them come out when there was zero hot water coming to the back of the house since my water heaters were under warranty. When I called, they were nice enough to even waive visit fee. So, I didn't have to pay for the water heater parts or the visit fee. Turns out one of the elements of bad, so to be wise, both elements were replaced because it is the best thing to do. My bill, a whopping $585.48. When I asked why so high since I am only paying for labor, I could not get a straight answer except this is what it costs. I was only paying for labor, for 1.5 hrs worth of work, well 2 hours if you include the 30 minutes the tech couldn't get the pump to work to pump the water out of the tank which was apparently also included in my bill -- do the math! So, Perfect Plumbing Heating and Air made $292.74 an hour!! Really?!?!?! Highway robbery! A fricking plumber wouldn't have charged that much! The parts are $36 a piece on the high end.

I used Perfect Plumbing for many years. They made a lot of money off of me in the past. I stopped using their services because their service reps became inconsistent in their work ethics when servicing my systems seasonally. Why pay for crap service. Well, this last encounter pretty much solidified why I stopped using them for my systems. $292.74 an hour in labor! Absolutley crazy!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The technicians are friendly but the company overcharges and are somewhat shady. The first red flag was when I called scheduling a couple of faucets to be replaced, the lady said she was collecting information about our home to have on file and asked for the age of our hot water heater and HVAC system. I knew where this was going. Sure enough the day the plumber showed up to replace two outdoor faucets before he would give us the bid he asked to look at the water heater I told him ""sure but we're not replacing the water heater"". He then went to his van to write up the bid which took forever and he came back with a bid for the faucets and the hot water heater. I had to tell him again that we called for the faucets not a hot water heater. The bid for the faucets was way more than it should have been for the less than 30min of work it took but we chose to have it done because they were leaking badly and needed to be replaced. It was cheaper if we did their maintenance plan so we did that and scheduled someone to come service our furnace. They immediately came back with a failed heat exchanger and wrote out an overstated quote for the heat exchanger and several other items they said were broken but because of the price they said it would be more efficient to replace the system and sent someone out that day who was somewhat pushy when I told him we weren't ready to replace our furnace. They started talking about carbon monoxide and how our detectors wouldn't pick up anything til it was too late. I have low level detectors in my house not even a full year old yet. A second opinion has revealed nothing wrong with our system. This company's main goal is to sell new systems. I would caution anyone about doing business with them and always get a 2nd even 3rd opinion and bid.

Perfect HVAC came out to inspect our heater and took their time explaining some issues we were having with our 22 year old furnace. Appolo did a great job of explaining the issues and answered my questions about purchasing a new system as well as a thorough description of several repairs needed if we should choose to go that route. His boss Josh came out to verify the current problems and Travis came out and explained our options for purchasing a new system. I would recommend Perfect HVAC. Very professional and honest team.

Did work at my mother's home. When cutting the drywall did more damage than needed since they were not going to fix it. Had to have them come back and move water softener because they initially put it way out rather than in the corner where it is suppose to go. Would not recommend them.

Horrible company. They tried to charge me over $2,000.00 for a water heater when it needed a hose replacement.
Very pushy on the phone when management heard I wanted to ""think about it"".

I just had a pretty disappointing experience with Perfect Plumbing trying to get help fixing my water heater. I called Wednesday and they said they could get someone out right away that night. Good news, right? I wasn't even sure I could get a same day appointment but was happy that I could. Great, except they never came.

I called Thursday morning from a break at work and asked about what happened. They said they weren't sure what happened but someone could come that evening. I let them know when I would be home from work.

It was about 7:00 Thursday evening and I hadn't heard from them or gotten a 30 minute heads up text, so I called them. The after hours crew then informed me no one could come Thursday night but they would put me on the schedule for Friday. They said they weren't sure what happened to my schedule request but it looked like it hadn't been touched.

That's twice you pushed me back. All the while I'm without hot water and feeling tied to the house like I can't leave and run errands. Two evenings I altered my schedule.

I called another company and they came out in 45 minutes and assessed the situation, so I don't need my Friday appointment anymore.

I get that places are understaffed. I get that I might have to wait. But don't tell me you can come and waste my time when I could keep moving down the list of plumbers and get closer to a hot shower.

We really appreciated Will coming out and doing a $39 tune-up on our furnace during this last cold snap. He was thorough and easy to understand as he explained 'the good the bad & the ugly"" and what he recommended to be replaced in the future.

I woke up to a cold house. I called the guys in the pink trucks. They refused to help me. So I called Perfect and got help from Brandon Adamson. His help was just that! PERFECT! He was on time, so professional and fair. He found that it was an electrical issue and called for an electrician to come out for me and the issue was fixed! I'm so happy the guys in the pink trucks refused to help me, I would have never gotten the customer service everyone deserves otherwise! Even though he could not fix the problem he didn't leave until he knew someone was coming that could! Permanent new customer from here on out! Do yourself a favor and go with Perfect! The name fits! Even got set up with a great affordable monthly plan!

I would never recommend Perfect Plumbing. After spending almost 3000.00 on plumbing we are having major problems on plumbing. the kitchen sink leaks very bad. I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone. They are just a very high price mickey mouse company. we had a neighbor that did a much better job, and he had no training. he was a jack of all trads but his work was good. Don't use Perfect Plumbing, they are sooo far from perfect or even mediocre.
