We had a water leak from our water heater on Tuesday. Immediately we called our home warranty, the order was picked up by Avetis from Perfect Plumbing. When we bought our home, unfortunately, the old water heater was not up to code. He assured me that the new installation would be within code. He communicates the progress and is honest when diagnosing the situation. He understood the dire situation in our household and came 4 days earlier to start working on our water heater. Obviously there are certain charges not covered under our home warranty but at the end of the day the price was reasonable to get this fixed.

This company came was sent to our home when we called our home warranty after noticing the hot water was not working. A $60 service call for Avetis to recommend a new water heater and his installation quote was $895 (without including the cost for a new water heater).
Before agreeing to this we had someone else come to the home to check it out. Turns out we just had to reset it and it was working fine.
These guys aren't just looking to make a sale, they're scammers.
